No human or canine strollers in the building. The show buildings are designated as NO SMOKING areas. The Farm Show Complex will strictly enfore this regulation. Please cooperate! Enforcement of the State laws regarding Handicapped Parking areas will also be strict. Please observe these laws and do not park in these areas unless your vehicle is so designated. DAY PARKING * The Farm Show complex is charging spectators $10/day (or as charged by the Farm Show) for the parking lot adjacent to the Complex. The clubs do not see any revenue from this fee. Spectator/overflow parking may be directed to other lot(s) and fees for those lots will be set by the Farm Show Complex. If other lots are used, there will be a shuttle service available. EXHIBITOR PARKING * An exhibitor will not be charged for parking provided the exhibitor has their issued parking pass. One Parking Pass will be issued per exhibitor address, regardless of the number of entries owned or co-owned by the exhibitor. Parking passes are issued soley based on a single address. The Exhibitor Parking Pass will be mailed with the entry and judging schedule. Per The Farm Show, lost or misdirected parking passes cannot and will not be replaced. If you do not have your parking pass, you will have to pay to park. If you pay to park, the clubs or farm show will not reimburse you. 7

Motorhome/Camper Parking See Motorhome parking reservation form for more information and fees. Overloading circuits will result in tripped breakers. Restoring power may not be immediate, especially at night! If you lose electric during the night, go to the Security Desk in the Cameron Street Lobby. $190.00 for 4 days with advance reservations; $210.00 for 4 days without advance reservations. Any time less fewer 4 days is $80 for the first day and $70 for each subsequent day. Motorhome parking will be directed. You are expected to comply with parking regulations and directions No saving of multiple spaces nor use of cones to reserve space will be permitted. Motorhomes and campers may not move onto the grounds any earlier than 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Violators agree to pay the cluster $100.00 in addition to any parking/hookup fees and may be required to move. Please use Industrial Road entrance. Motorhomes and campers will be directed to the available lots/spots for these shows. Other areas of the grounds are restricted. In order to prevent more significant increase in parking fees and severe restrictions on Motorhome/Camper parking regulations, please respect the grounds, personnel and equipment. * Handicapped Parking - There are a limited number of Handicapped Parking spaces available. However, this guarantees roadway access and does not guarantee close proximity to rings/buildings. All parking is at the direction of the Farm Show Complex staff and you may be asked to provide identification verifying that you are, in fact, the legal holder of the handicapped placard or license plate. Access to the building - The show building will be available to exhibitors AFTER 4 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, until 10 PM. All vehicles must be removed from the building by 5:00 PM. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the building will be open from 6 AM until 11 PM and the building will reopen Sunday morning at 6 AM. All dogs and equipment must be removed immediately after Best in Show on Sunday, April 15, 2018. Unloading - * All unloading from the BACK of the building! Enter from Industrial Road. * Keep headlights on while unloading/loading. * Vehicle must be removed from unloading zone immediately after unloading/loading or you will be subject to towing at your expense and/or a Bench Show hearing. Set-up * No set up in the building before 4 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. * Dogs may be left in the building overnight; a guard will be on duty in the building overnight; however, neither the Farm Show Complex nor the show giving clubs are responsible for any animals or equipment left in the building. NO ADMITANCE from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM! Anyone attempting to enter the show area between the hours of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM may be subject to a Bench Show Hearing. * No private ex-pens or mats/rugs in grooming area during show hours. * Crates MUST be stacked. No mesh crates in the grooming area. * Chairs in the grooming area must be folded when not in use. * No saving of space in the grooming area. Directions of the Event Staff must be followed in the grooming area. Failure to comply may result in a Bench Show hearing. Inside electricity will be available in the grooming area. The charge for each electric outlet is $120.00 for the weekend and must be paid at the time of connection. No sharing of outlets will be permitted by the Farm Show complex. If you wish to use inside electricity, please ask for event staff to turn on electric and issue "paid" tag. Unpaid/unauthorized use of electric is grounds for bench show hearing. Admission - $6 per person. Children 12 and under are admitted free. One admission with each entry. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. The Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show. NOTE - The Lebanon County, Harrisburg and Mason-Dixon Kennel Clubs are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please check your grooming area before you leave. THERE IS NO LOST AND FOUND AT THIS SHOW. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.
