All was quiet in the deep dark wood. The Mouse found a nut and the nut was good. Relaxation and Visualisation: Okay MegaBugs we are now going to relax and think about all the things we have done in our session today! As we start to relax, let s see if we can imagine how quiet it was in the deep dark wood. 4
The mouse found a nut and the nut was good (Butterfly) Lie down and think of all the times you are scared. Take a slow breath in and let the fear out. Be brave and remember the little mouse. Suggested follow on Games and Activities: Guffalo Walk: this involves a group of mice and a Guffalo, who stands with his back to the group. The mice can move only when they are not being watched, and must freeze in a posture when the Guffalo turns round. If anyone moves when the Gruffalo turns, the whole group goes back to the start. 5
