To comply with instructions issued by the CKC we will be unable to accept, cancel, alter or substitute any entry reaching our Show Secretary after the closing time and date. Section 19.7 of the Hunt Test Regulations and Section 14.7 of the Working Certificate Regulations state that: It shall be the duty and obligation of the test-giving club to see that a judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at an event held under these rules, is not subject to indignities of any kind. The Test Committee Chair shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement of this regulation, and the Discipline Committee shall have the authority to take such action as it deems fit on receipt of a report indicating that this has occurred. Information for US Exhibitors on entering Canada To enter Canada from the States, US Citizens must show proof of identity; however as of June 1, 2009, to enter back into the United States, all US Citizens age 16 or older must have a valid Passport or Approved Secure Travel Document. Please be aware that all dogs must have a valid rabies certificate to cross the border. NOTE: Dogs less than three months of age do not require rabies vaccination

EVENT REGISTRATION NUMBER FOR FOREIGN DOGS Effective Jan/1992 all dogs that are foreign-born and foreign-owned and enter Canada for the sole purpose of entering CKC events will no longer require a CKC registration number but will require an ERN - Event Registration Number. For information on obtaining an ERN, visit the CKC website: http://www.ckc.ca At the latest, the ERN must be applied for within 30 days of first day of entering a CKC event. GENERAL INFORMATION Meet at 8:00 am, dogs to line at 8:30 am. Check in with the marshal on arrival. Running order will be determined by a draw; if possible handlers with more than one dog will run in non-consecutive order. Include name of handler on entry form. A running list will be available at the tests. A dog that is individually registered in the records of the CKC (or has an ERN or PEN), and has completed the requirements for a WC or WCI may be transferred to the next level provided the request is submitted to the test secretary in writing by 6 pm the day prior to the test. Pheasants, ducks, chukars or any other regional game birds may be used on land for the hunt tests. Pheasants, ducks or pigeons may be used on land for the working certificate tests. Ducks will be used in water for both the hunt and working certificate tests. No confirmation of receipt of entry will be sent. All qualifying dogs will be awarded a rosette or ribbon. Separate entry forms should be completed for each dog and each test entered. All handlers in the hunt test must wear dark or camouflage clothing. No white or light clothing is allowed in the working certificate test. All dogs must be kept under control at all times. Bitches in season may NOT be entered in the WC tests or the Hunt tests. Lunches MUST be pre-ordered at a cost of $8 per lunch. Tailgate dinner on Saturday night at a cost of $8 per person. Bring your own meat to BBQ, all else will be provided.
