Gram and Ziehl-Neelsen stains; 5. preliminary identification of the microorganisms involved in human pathology; 6. interpretation of sero-immunological results and interpretation of susceptibility tests results;
7. smear for parasites examination; 8. preparation and interpretation of one smear in thick drop; 9. correct interpretation of the significance of one isolate.
