November 2018 in Herning Denmark The exhibition becomes according to the regulations for EE European Shows & EE-Youth European Shows and the exhibition contract for 29th EE European Show between the European association and the exhibition management of the 29th European Show in Herning. 1. Organization The organization of the section "Birds" lies in the hands of the organizing committee of the 29 th European show Mr. Willy Littau from Denmark. 3. Important appointments and Closing date (Dead Line): The registrations for the section birds must arrive with the official registration form at the latest on the 28th of September 2018 (Dead Line). Entry fees, registration and show catalogue 1 Bird 6.00 Youth of all sections (Born 2000 2011) 6.00 Registration fees 12.00 Catalogue (for the youth it is voluntary) 12.00 Breeder evening 40.00 Please deliver the registration for the breeder evening together with the registration for the show. The payment of the registration fee must have occurred at the latest 10 days after the registration date, otherwise the registrations are not accepted. The payment occurs exclusively through bank credit transfer on the respective land account which is announced by the contact person of the country. The registration fees for not delivered birds are not refunded. Birds for which the registration fee has not been paid, will be rejected upon delivery. 5. Participation The exhibition is open to adult breeders and young people (4-18 years) who are members of one of the EE affiliated federation. 6. Admitted are Only all colors and breeds of the EE show class system can be exhibited. In particular: Only single birds: For birds from EU member states, Switzerland and countries outside the EU: all birds listed in supplements A-B must have a CITES certificate (according to EU regulations). For birds that are from the European fauna, a breeding permission from the individual European countries of origin must be submitted. Habitats: 1.1 and 1.1 with young birds can be exhibited in aviaries. For all kinds of birds from EU member states, Switzerland and countries outside the EU: all birds listed in supplements A-B must have a CITES certificate (according to EU regulations). For birds that are from the European fauna, a breeding permission from the individual European countries of origin must be submitted. Only the official registration form of the section birds may be used. For all bird species, in addition to the key numbers of the EE - Champion Class and EE - Master Class, the "exact bird name" must be indicated in the official registration form. The registration form must be filled well readably in block letters and into one of three EE languages (German, French or English). Post announcements and changes cannot be considered after closing date any more. In particular are to be given on the registration form: Data of the exhibitor (name, residence, ring numbers, Tel., e-mail) The number of the Champion Class as well as the Master Class The exact name of birds (possibly Latin name and breed / color / category / spotting) The bird s number (ring-number) The price of a bird, if this is to be sold. 8. Marking All exhibited birds must carry approved marks of EE member countries. The birds may carry no second rings (registration number = for exclusion). Only the approved first ring with the breeder number and the official inscription is permitted. In all groups of the section "birds" an unrestricted number of birds may be exhibited. The following age restrictions are planned: With positure canaries and coloured canaries only born in 2018 With finch-hybrid and Fringillidae born in 2017 and 2018 With the remaining birds the year of born is unrestricted After the judging, the convoyeure may mark the cages with a glue with the land flag. However, any advertisement on these land names is forbidden. The exhibition cages / aviaries are provided free of charge by the exhibition management. 9. Animal admission The animal admission occurs on Tuesday 6th of November 2018 from 10 am to 8 pm. It can be delivered by collective transport or also individually. Prior to insertion, veterinary papers are inspected at the entrance. For the return of the evaluation cards and transport boxes of sold animals are those persons who have delivered the animals. 10. Judging 10.1 At European Shows are at least 4 judge supervisors for GS/WS, EX, FP and MCE. All judges are defeated by their supervisors. The Seite 3 von 7
supervisors must countersign all winner and exclusion birds. Judges are responsible for correctly filled in assessment lists. These have to be signed and delivered to the exhibition office with all notes such as European Champions. Supervisors are obliged to be present during the whole show course (delivery day up to the delivery). 10.2 The judging of the birds occurs according to the decisions of the standard commission. 10.3 The judges are urged to award maximum 93 points per bird. The first-placed bird of a master class always has 1 point more than the second-placed. A revaluation on 94 points in the master class can occur only in the presence of the acting supervisor. Also, the champion must have 1 point more than the second-placed. A revaluation on 94 points for the European Champion must be met by all acting judges in this champion's class EE under chairmanship of the acting supervisor. 10.4 With the champions a ring control must be carried out. The ring control is carried out by a commissioned member of the standard commission of the section "Birds". It is controlled: the breeder number and the breeding year the ring sizes manipulations 11. Honoring Every exhibitor receives the reminiscent medallion of 29. EE - European show in 2018. There is an award on 2 levels. The lowest level 1 is the European Master. He will award according to the master grouping of the section birds. Level 2 is European - Champion. He shows the highest level and is the most valuable. This price is in every champion's classes only once. According to protocol and regulations maximum 50 European-Champions can be awarded. Total will be awarded: For every European-Master-Class one European Master, if the bird has minimum 93 points and at least 10 birds from at least 3 exhibitors compete with each other. The European-Master will receive a certificate and, depending on the host country, perhaps a special prize. For every European-Champion-Class one European-Champion, if there are at least 20 birds from at least 3 exhibitors. Minimum points = 94. Seite 4 von 7
The European-Champion gets a certificate with a prize. The Vice-European-Champion receives a certificate if at least 40 birds compete in the champion class. Minimum points = 93. The 3rd place with the European Champion is honored with a certificate, if at least 60 birds in the champion's class compete. Minimum points = 93. The title EE of Youth-European Champion will be awarded according to the classification rules. Price for aviaries: It can be shown in the following groups: 1. finch finches 2. other tropical birds 3. dwarf parrots 4. parakitten 5. parrots - parakeets 6. quail - sirdove In each individual group, a European Champion is awarded if at least 3 aviaries are exhibited in the individual group. An European Champion will be awarded if at least 5 aviaries are exhibited in each individual group. For the pooled collection group, the procedure is the same as in the individual groups. If there are more than 5 aviaries in the hunt group, there is also a Vice European Champion. Each European Master and European Champion will receive a certificate and a price. Placements of aviaries are made by the judge together with the supervisor. 12. Catalog The catalogue is obligatory for every exhibitor. For the youth the relation of the catalogue is voluntary. The foreign exhibitors receive her catalogue in the respective land stand. Not fetched prices, catalogues and badges are sent after the show to the concerning exhibitors by the contact-persons. The same is valid for the delivery of the money for the sold animals. 13. Animal sales 13.1 Each exhibitor receives the right to report his animals as salable. He writes on the A-sheet his selling price (in euros). 20% expenses will be added to the price by the exhibition management. This sum then appears in the catalog. Animals from third countries may not be sold. Seite 5 von 7
The repurchase of animals is only possible after opening the sales office. Sold animals can be delivered from Friday at 2 pm and must be delivered in a box purchased from the exhibition management (sanitary measures). All animals sold must be delivered no later than Sunday 11th November at 12 o'clock, the exhibition management assumes no liability if purchased animals are taken back after this date by the breeder. 13.2 The total amount of the animal sales and the amount for the won prizes of the foreign exhibitors, will be transferred to the relevant association cashier at the latest 30 days after the exhibition. The sales must be accompanied by an exact sales list. 14. Veterinary regulations The veterinarian regulations can be printed out on the following web pages: http://europaschau2018.eu and www.entente-ee.com 15. Liability With the animal losses which have originated from fault of the show management or the responsible employees an adequate reimbursement is performed. Every other compensation is cancelled. With animal losses a written confirmation with stamp and signature of the concerning section office must be given as a proof. Every section has its own section office. For the animal losses which originate during transport the exhibition management assumes no liability. 16. Advertisement, Photography: In the exhibition halls placing of advertisement is only is only permitted by the approval of the exhibition management. Official animal photographers must catch up a written approval of the exhibition management. This approval is given only to accredited photographers of the technical periodicals. The requests around the accreditation must be sent at latest till the 1st of October 2018 to the exhibition management. The time for taking a photo determines the exhibition management. The opening of the exhibition cages is forbidden to the visitors for the taking of photos. 17. Complaints The deadline for complaints of any kind is January 31, 2019. 18. Bird market at the European Show The exhibition management offers all exhibitors at the European Championship the opportunity to additionally offer and present birds in an official bird exchange.
