All breeding costs including, progesterone testing, boxes, extender, collection fees (if any), shipping, and whelping are the bitch owners responsibility. Stud fee shall be a total of $1400 with a $400 service fee due at time of breeding (prior to shipping). Balance of $1000 is due within three weeks of the birth. A litter consists of two live puppies at three days of age. Litter registration will be approved upon receipt of entire balance due. If the bitch fails to conceive, this transaction is to be considered final with no further obligation on either party s part. The bitch owner agrees to the following: The owner/caretaker of the brood bitch agrees to provide adequate care for her and all puppies Puppies will not be sold, given to, or otherwise transferred to any retail outlets, auctions, silver breeders, brokers or known puppy mills. Any puppy not kept, or co-owned by the bitch owner, or sold into a competitive show/performance home will be sold on limited registration. The bitch this breeding is to be used on is not silver, charcoal, champagne or otherwise titled dilute colored.
