LATE ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED E-MAIL ENTRIES must have payment postmarked no later than Saturday, October 29, 2016 to be accepted ENTRY FEES: $5.00 exhibitor/security fee. $4.00 per bird, $8.00 for a double coop (large fowl only), $12.00 per trio. $4.00 per bird for 4-H show, must also be entered in the open or Junior show. All entry fees must accompany the entry form. Please send check or money order made out to GRFA. NO CHANGES AFTER THE DEADLINE OF 4 NOVEMBER 2015, without a $5.00 fee per change. LEG BANDS: All entries received in the show room must be leg band. Band numbers are not required on the entry form. At coop-in, please note the leg band number on the coop card. DISEASE: Any bird showing evidence of infectious or contagious disease will be immediately removed from the show room. FEEDING/WATERING: Each exhibitor (or their representative) will be responsible for feeding and watering their birds. Feed and water is provided. PRIOR TO JUDGING, only exhibitor number shall appear on coop tags. An exhibitor list will be included in the exhibitor s packet. After judging an exhibitor may add their name, address, etc. to the coop tag. HANDLING OF BIRDS No persons other than the owner, show officials, and judges shall be allowed to handle exhibits or feed/water without the owner s permission. PREMIUMS All premiums from Breed Clubs and individuals are accepted in good faith. GRFA will not be responsible for payments and awards not turned in or otherwise not honored. JUDGING will be by comparison with the latest edition of the ABA BANTAM STANDARD AND THE APA STANDARD OF PERFECTION. SECURITY GRFA will not be responsible for theft, loss, death, or accidents to exhibits. Locks left on cages may be cut or exhibit not judged. All buildings will have additional security. NO BIRDS OTHER THAN THOSE ENTERED IN THE SHOW WILL BE ALLOWED IN SHOW BUILDINGS. Bird carriers/boxes remaining in show buildings must have exhibitors name clearly visible. Any carrier/box found containing a bird will be removed to a secure area by show officials. For security purposes, John Muir Building (& possibly Sierra Building) will close Saturday at 5:45 PM and remained closed until Sunday at 08:00 AM. EXHIBITS WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE ON SATURDAY AFTER AWARDS CEREMONY OR RELEASED BY SHOW SUPERINTENDENT.
