Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the event's Show Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Attention Exhibitors Gates open Friday 6:30 A.M. Grooming will be in the Townsend Building and is air-conditioned. Bathing facilities will be available with Pure Paws, Inc. grooming products. All dogs must be removed from the grooming area immediately after the Best in Show judging each day. The building will be locked, and there will be no access to the grooming area. There will be a 15 minute loading and unloading time for vehicles. The club will require that you leave your vehicle running, lights on and unlocked. If the 15 minute time limit is not observed, the vehicle owner risks the vehicle being moved by a club representative or being towed. This is necessary for complying with Fire Marshal regulations. EX-PENS WILL BE ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY! NO EX-PENS WILL BE ALLOWED IN GROOMING AREAS OR RINGSIDE. NO GROOMING RINGSIDE. Crate space is limited. Crates must be stacked.
