NFP (CEBR), its agents, officers, directors, volunteers, animal parents, customers, potential customers, event participants, The Odeum Expo Center and any of its agents, employees, owners, customers, visitors and any Bully Bash exhibitor and/or service provider from any and all liabilities for injuries to myself, my dog(s), or any other property of mine which arise in any way out of activities at Bully Bash 2013, services and/or products provided by or as a consequence of my association with CEBR or my attendance at any CEBR sponsored event including Bully Bash 2013. I acknowledge and understand that every dog reacts differently and that animals, by nature, are unpredictable. Dogs and animals may, without warning, bite or cause injury to humans and other dogs. I acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved with dog ownership, training and care and expose myself to these risks by participating in events such as Bully Bash, including but not limited to dog fights, dog bites to humans and/or dogs, and the transmission of disease. I acknowledge and understand the CEBR will not require any animal in attendance at Bully Bash 2013 to provide further proof of health or vaccination beyond the self reported information on the animal release form and accept the risk of transmission to myself and my pets.
