Filing an entry implies acceptance of the latest ARBA Show Rules. 2. All animals will be judged in the class as listed on the entry form. Please include your phone number on the entry in case we need to contact you (collect). 3. Exhibitors are responsible for getting their entries to and from the table promptly. Classes will not be judged again for animals that do not make it to the table. 4. Judges' decisions are final. Entries may be withdrawn from competition by the show committee and/or judges at their discretion (entry fee forfeited) for interference with the judging process. Indication of ownership of an exhibit is considered interference. 5. Any animals showing symptoms of disease of any kind will be immediately removed from building. 6. All animals must be in carriers with leak proof bottoms. 7. All animals must be permanently and legibly marked in the left ear, or the animal may be eliminated at the judge's discretion. The marking must correspond with the entry form. 8. All animals must be entered in the show. There will be NO sales area. 9. Parents must be responsible for the actions of their children. If there is a problem, you may be asked to leave the fairgrounds. Your entry will be scratched and entry fees forfeited. You will be responsible for any damages to equipment or fairgrounds. 10. NO PETS. There will be no animals other than rabbits and cavies that are entered in the show allowed in building except service animals. 11. Chairs and grooming tables will only be allowed if space permits. They must be kept out of aisle ways. 12. TCRBA, Associated Clubs, judges, or show personnel will not be responsible in case of accidents, losses, or damage to exhibitor or stock. Animals are entered at the sole risk of the owner. 13. $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. 14. All show rules will be interpreted by the show committee.
