Dogs must be Owner-Handled throughout the competition. Procedure for judging: The owner-handler judging follows the same process as regular breed judging. For example, if the Best of Breed dog is owner-handled, they are automatically awarded Owner-Handled Best of Breed. If further judging in required, it will take place after regular breed judging. At the Group level, if no owner-handled dog places first to fourth in the group, all owner-handled Best of Breed dogs will be called back into the ring. Again, if the Best in Show dog is owner-handled, they will be automatically awarded Owner-Handled Best in Show.
