Facility We hope you will Jump In and Join us to kick off the 2015 GRCC National, starting with our Agility Trials! Wet Noses is a 50 acre K9 Exclusive Facility. Water surrounds the property for swimming, to exercise or cool down your agility partner. Take advantage of the securely fenced Off Leash exercise to relax and burn off entertaining zoomies at the trials. Come Camp onsite early and extend your stay for a peaceful spacious relaxing escape only a short drive to the other events. Practice Prior to the start of the trial, the agility rings and equipment can be booked. www.wetnoses.ca FREE Wifi On Site There will be a cash Concession on site the day of the trial. Volunteer coupons will also be issued and redeemable at concession. Food Dog Treats and Food will be available in the store. Dehydrated and RAW in stock Camping Camping is available ON SITE prior to and following these trials and Welcome as a quiet escape with swimming and 50 acres of offleash exercise available. No reservation required. Cost is $20 per night Cash Only. Please provide payment in the Wet Noses Store or in the Drop Box upon arrival, prior to parking, in an envelope, marked clearly with your contact information. No services - a hose with cold clean water will be available. Please be prepared to be fully self-sufficient. Motor home generators must be vented upward, and as a courtesy to your fellow campers, generators will need to be turned off between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am. Ground is uneven; arrive prepared to level your unit. Showers will not be available. There will be a porta-potty available on site FREE on site benching. Benching Hotel *Please refer to the Alberta Kennel Club premium for host hotel Equipment Obstacles: Agility obstacles meet the requirements of the CKC Agility Rules Note: A-Frame, Dog walk, Teeter and Table have rubber surfaces and the tire is a breakaway. Listing Fees: A CKC listing fee of $8.82 (GST Incl.) Canadian or US per dog per trial is payable with the entry fee if the entry of the dog does not include a CKC individual Registration number, ERN (Event Registration Number), PEN (Performance Event Number), MCN (Miscellaneous Certificate Number) or Companion Number. Eligibility: To be eligible to compete in this trial, a dog must be at least 18 months of age and registered with the CKC or eligible for registration with the CKC, have an ERN, PEN, MCN or Companion Number. Bitches in season are not permitted to compete in the trial however, entry and listing fees will be returned, providing a veterinarian s certificate stating that the bitch was in season within the 10 day period preceding the trial is submitted to the Trial Secretary on or before the day of the trial. Move-up option: No move-ups will be permitted between trials. Precincts of the trial: All grounds within 100' of the ring area or the fenced area of the grounds, whichever is less, shall be considered the trial grounds. It shall be the duty and obligation of the trial giving club to see that a judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at an event held under these rules, is not subject to indignities of any kind. The Agility Trial Committee Chair shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement of this regulation, and the Discipline Committee shall have the authority to take such action as it deems fit, on receipt of a report indicating that this has occurred. Exhibitor Information: Exhibitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of and will comply with the current CKC Agility Rules and Regulations. A copy of which may be obtained by calling the Central Order Desk of CKC at 1-800-250-8040. All particulars called for on the entry form must be complete: Exhibitors must abide by errors made in entering their dog/s regardless of how or by whom the entries were made. No entry will be accepted unless accompanied by full entry fees. The club reserves the right to refuse any entry, subject to CKC rules. If because of riots, civil disturbances or acts beyond the control of the Trial Committee, it is impossible to open or complete the trial, no refund of entry fees will be made.
