An Event Service fee of $3.00 will be required for each regular class each dog is entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial or Tracking Test. These Fees are to be collected by the show giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. (AKC Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). NO ENTRY FEES will be returned if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, an act of God, public emergency, act of public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the management. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from the competition by action of the Show Committee. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING. The Club or Show Secretary will not be responsible and is not obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of class judging. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owner or agents are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. DOGS MAY ARRIVE ANY TIME PRIOR to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. All dogs present must be held on leash in hand except when being judged.
