Pet Partner Licensed Instructor-Debbie Wing Class Dates: 2018 Evaluation Dates: February 21 and 28 March 4th May 16 and 23 June 3 rd August 15 and 20 August 26th November 7 and 14 November 18th Novice Trick Dog Class : Learn tricks to have fun and bond with your dog. Trick training challenges your dog mentally. You will learn Novice tricks like shake, spin, find it, kiss and touch it. You will have the opportunity to earn your dog s AKC Novice Trick Dog Title (TKN) or just have fun learning trick to show off to your family and friends. Cost of class includes test for AKC Novice Trick Dog title. AKC Trick Dog titles are official AKC titles listed on the dog s title record. Dogs must have an AKC, PAL, or AKC Canine Partners number to earn a title. Focus & Connecting with your Dog (a class for reactive dogs) $85 for 6 sessions: In this class, we use desensitizing and counter conditioning techniques while working on redirection and proactive behavior. You will learn to help your dog relax, focus and learn to concentrate. These tools can help dogs that are anxious, easily aroused, excitable, intimidated, reactive or stressed. They can also help dogs that tend to shut down, dogs that have impulse control and dogs that are
uncomfortable around other dogs or people. You will improve your management skills to manage your dog's behavior when exposed to triggers and to encourage and reinforce good behavior with clicker training and reward-based training techniques.

We have small classes so you can have more individual attention. SORRY!! NO refunds In case of an emergency or injury/ illness with your dog you might be able to transfer to a future class with the same instructor but not guaranteed. To register for class: Determine which class that you would like to take. Complete this form and mail to LynnDee s with payment made to the listed instructor. For students taking classes with Annette Shannon, contact her for class registration and payment. You must pay before you begin class. Please register a week before the session you would like to enter. To insure a spot you might want to register early. We are a positive training facility. NO chain leashes, prong collars, choke chains (with the exceptions of Conformation Classes) or retractable leads. There may be an exception depending on need and authorization from the instructor. Please use a flat buckle collar, a gentle leader, halti or harness with a 6 feet nylon or leather leash. If you are not sure what to use contact your instructor. It s best not to feed you dog before class. Please bring soft treats for you dog that do not crumble. Conformation classes do use a variety of treats so if you have questions please consult your instructor. Don t let your dog potty on car tires or the entrances of the building check with instructor or look for designated potty areas. Please pick up your poop and dispose in provided recipical. Do not park across the street from the building that is reserved for our neighbors.
