ATTENTION EXHIBITORS The Show Site will be available to exhibitors at 7:00 am on Saturday & Sunday, March 24 & 25, 2018. Dogs must be removed from the show site one hour after Best in Show judging on Saturday & Sunday. Exhibitors set up should be between 2:00 pm & 4:00 pm on Friday. NO STROLLERS will be allowed on the convention center floor. NO DOGS ALLOWED in the building overnight. All checks made payable to the Alaska Kennel Club are subject to a $25.00 NSF fee if returned by the bank. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION FOR THE DENA INA CENTER 1 To gain access through the exhibitors entrance, every exhibitor must show the ticket attendant an exhibitors acknowledgement. The one exhibitors acknowledgement per person rule will be enforced. General Admission is $7.00 without exhibitors acknowledgement. 2 Loading & unloading of show equipment will be allowed in the loading docks on 8th Ave ONLY. NO UNAUTHORIZED PARKING on the loading docks. Violators of the parking rules will be subject to an Event Committee hearing. There will be no overnight Parking on the Premises. Unauthorized cars parked on the loading docks will be towed at owners expense. 3 A designated exercise area will be provided inside & outside. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER AREA. Exhibitors must clean up after their own dogs. Failure to use designated areas or cleaning up after your dogs will result in action by the Show Committees & a $200.00 fine. 4 FOOD CONCESSION will be available. 5 Due to limited space, the size of the grooming area is reduced. Please stack your crates. NO EXERCISE PENS WILL BE ALLOWED. 6 Street parking will be available on a first-come basis. Additional parking will be available in the MOA Parking Garage or the 7 & G Parking Garage. 7 THE WELFARE OF AN EXHIBITOR S CHILD IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXHIBITOR, WHO MUST EXERCISE CONTROL & RESTRAINT OVER THE CHILD WHILE THE CHILD IS ON THE SHOW PREMISES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN ACTION BY THE EVENT COMMITTEE. 8 There will be no dogs allowed on the uppper level of the building during these shows. 9 SPACE FOR UNENTERED DOGS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED AT THESE SHOWS. 10 There shall be no loading or unloading of dog show equipment through any of the glass doors at the front of the Dena ina Center.
