If you use an overnight courier, check the box Signature Waived. The Trial Secretary will not sign for entries. Requests for changes or move-ups to your entry must be received in writing or email to the Trial Secretary by Sept. 30, 2017. Day to day move-ups will be accepted, if requested no later than 30 minutes after the last class. FEO entries will be accepted for the Championship Program. Dogs entering FEO must be a minimum of 15 months of age. FEO entries may jump at a lower height, but are not eligible for any prizes or awards. Any dog under 18 months must jump at a lower height. FEO is a non-qualifying division. Pre-Entry Fees: 1-9 Runs - $14.00/Run (Junior Handlers are 1/2 price of entry fees) 10-19 Runs - $12.00/Run 20+ Runs - $9.00/Run Pre-Entry pricing includes all dogs in your household that are competing in this trial Post Entry Fee (Oct. 2, 2017 & After): $17.00 per run. No quantity run discount. (If runs are available) Refunds: A 100% refund will be given for any request received prior to the close of pre-entries. There will be no refund of any entry fee for cancellation requests made after trial closing date with the exception of bitches in heat or dog injury. Cancellation requests after closing date due to injury or bitches in season must be accompanied by a veterinarian s letter and will be subject to a process fee of $25. Catalogs/Run Orders: No catalogs will be printed. Run orders will be posted at the gates on trial days. Handlers with multiple dogs will be separated as much as the class allows. Measuring: Dogs entering the jump height classes 20 or less (wither height less than or equal to 20 ), that do not have a permanent ASCA, AKC or NADAC height card must be measured. Dogs entering 20+ or 24 jump heights (include ACE/Veteran/Jr. Handler division dogs entered in the 16+ jump height classes) are exempt. Please send in a copy of your Height Card with your entry if you have one. If you do not have a height card, the Jump Height card application is attached to this premium. Please have two copies of this application filled out, your dog can be measured by the judge(s) at the trial. There will be two judges available at this trial to measure your dog. Jump Height card applications should be submitted to the trial secretary who will send in the applications with the completed trial paperwork to the ASCA Business Office. Titles: Dogs must be registered with ASCA to have their qualifying scores/titles tracked with ASCA. You may enter as pending, but need to complete a Q tracking number form. You may send in your completed registration forms along with the appropriate fees to the ASCA Business Office prior to the trial or give to the trial secretary at the trial to send in with completed trial paperwork to the ASCA Business Office. CASA is not responsible for lost Qs if you do not register with ASCA in a timely manner. You may enter without a Q tracking number; you just won t be getting your Q s recorded with ASCA. Awards & Ribbons: First thru fourth place ribbons will be awarded for each jump height in all classes & levels. Qualifying ribbons will be awarded for each qualifying run. High In Trial rosettes will be awarded to Novice, Open, Elite for the Championship program; Junior Handler and Veteran Dog. High In Trial Rescue Dog. High In Trial Overall Championship Program and High In Trial Overall ACE Program. Awards will be calculated using the formula outlined in Section 2.6.2 of the ASCA Agility Rulebook. If you could finish an ATCH during this trial, please inform the Trial Chairperson before the Trial. Please mark on the entry form if your dog is a Rescue Dog. HIT Awards & Ribbons will be awarded on Sunday after completion of trial & teardown of rings. Awards & ribbons MUST be picked up the day(s) of the trial. CASA will NOTmail any ribbons or awards. Trial Site & Equipment Information: The trial will be two rings, 100 x100 indoors on sand/dirt mix. Equipment may include the following: Dog walk (slatless), A-frame (slatless), teeter-totter, tunnels, weave poles (24 spacing), jumps. Contacts are rubber coated. Electronic timing will be used at this event. 2017 HIGH POINT CHAIR SERIES: TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST: Compete in 3 of the 4 agility trials hosted by CASA in 2017. Each 10 point Q is worth 1 point. Each 5 point Q is worth ½ point. FEO scores do not apply. All Q points for all 4 agility trials will count in calculating the High Point scores. Points are calculated per dog. Exhibitors may not combine points for multiple dogs. A High Point Chair & Rosette will be awarded for High Point Aussie & High Point Other Breed.

Policies & Rules: This trial will be held according to ASCA Agility rules. Exhibitors, through submission of their entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of ASCA rules and regulations, and agree to abide by all rules in effect at the time of this trial. The ASCA Agility Rulebook is available for viewing or download at: www.asca.org. ASCA, CASA, and Douglas County Fairgrounds will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor. All dogs must be on leash or crated at all times except when using the warm up area or in the agility ring. No dogs may be tied to any piece of property. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care and control of his/her owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the trial premises. No leads, collars, food, toys, clickers or other aids or devices will be allowed on the course or within 10 feet of the ring entrance at any time. The only exception to this is leading your dog to the start line on lead and then handing the lead to a steward. The handlers should always conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike fashion. No entry will be accepted from a dog or handler disqualified from the ASCA agility program; a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs or a member not in good standing with ASCA. There will be no refunds in the event that a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for the dismissal. Safety shall always be the foremost consideration in actions and conduct by handlers at all times. Participation is a privilege afforded by the Host club and may be extended or withdrawn by the Host club on suitable cause only. Refusal of such entries will be reported to ASCA. Exhibitor and owner assume the risk of any harm arising from these. 1.5 Exhibitor/owner releases ASCA, the ASCA affiliate/licensee club (including its officers, directors, members, and event organizing committee), and site owner(s) harmless from all present and future loss, injury, damage, claims, demands and liabilities involving the entered dog, the event, or event premises. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing hold harmless provisions, exhibitor/owner hereby specifically assume sole responsibility for, and agree to indemnify and save aforementioned parties harmless from, any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damages because of bodily injuries, including death, at any time in consequence of my (our) participation in this event; howsoever such injury, or death, may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused, or may have been alleged to have been caused, by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other persons.
