Canine Training Association, Inc. 2018 Membership Application Canine Training Association, Inc. continues to be a strong hobby organization. Although our expenses continue to be high, we are ending the year with a positive balance. We are able to keep the 2018 membership costs the same as they were in 2017. Please note that there are a few changes to the form: Please have each household member who may train with us include his or her name, phone number and email address and sign the waiver. List the vaccination records from your veterinarian on the form for each dog you anticipate training. You don t need to mail us a copy of the records from your veterinarian. As always, no instructor or worker gets paid, and we always need volunteers for some of our activities, notably the matches. Please let us know of activities you may be able to help with. I look forward to your successful year of training. Ken Nagler President and Training Director of CTA
