Event location will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. the day of the events, or one hour after conclusion of the events. A Judging Schedule will be provided. ALL AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB RULES REGARDING CONDUCT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. No unentered dogs (except set-out dogs) will be allowed at the event site. LUNCH WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED. Shaded/protected crating areas will be provided. Bath/Cool-Off Tub will be provided. Bring your own towels. City water will be available for dogs. Exhibitors are expected to maintain the premises in a clean and tidy condition. BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS. A separate entry blank must be completed for each dog entered. Entries not on Official Entry Forms and Photocopies of Entry Forms without the AGREEMENT and RULES on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Forms are NOT ACCEPTABLE. You can, however, use the same entry form for a multiple-event entry as long as all entries are for the same dog. There will be no refunds for duplicate entries or any other cause beyond the control of the club after closing of entries. RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY. NO CONDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ENTRY FORMS MUST BE SIGNED. IF ENTRIES ARE SENT VIA EXPRESS SERVICE, SIGNATURE MUST BE WAIVED. Bitches in season will be allowed but will be moved to the end of the class in test. Please notify the Event Secretary if your bitch is in season. Owners or their Agents are solely responsible for the presence of their dogs at the test/trial arena. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent (unless replaced by an alternate), disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, fire, act of God, public emergency or other acts beyond the control of the Club, it is impossible to open or to complete the test/trial, no refund of entry fee will be made. All dogs nine (9) months or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club and have been accepted into the herding program are eligible to participate in herding tests and trials. Dogs six (6 )months or older are eligible to participate in Herding Instinct Certification Tests. The Trinity Valley Shetland Sheepdog Club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC entry form for this event.
