Veterinary Education Twinning Proposal Submitted a proposal for Veterinary Education Twinning (Canada / Chile) to provide PVS Day-One competencies in Eipidemiology and Risk Assessment for Aquatic Animal Diseases. Proposal vetted by both governments and submitted to OIE in Dec 2016, anticipated respone in 2017.
