INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS The conference will take place in the Congress Hall of the Hotel Patria, Štrbské Pleso, High Tatras, the Slovak Republic. Board, lodging and parking will be paid by the participant. If the participant will not take part at the conference, the conference fee will not be refunded, the proceedings will be sent by mail. The conference fee can also be covered at the time of registration. Participant, who requires tax document (invoice) about payment of registration fee must send on contact address following information: precise name of organisation, Identification number, VAT identification number, names of participants, total amount of registration fee. The conference languages are English, Slovak and Czech; simultaneous translation will be provided. Time schedule for a plenary lecture will be 30 minutes; for other lectures should not exceed 15 minutes. The poster presentation will take place according to the timetable of the conference. The area for the poster presentation will be 100 cm wide and 120 cm high. Audiovisual equipment available: multimedial projector. During the time of the conference, the members of organizing committee marked with identification tablet, will help you with any problem.
