March BCCAZ Fun Day and General Meeting BCCAZ held a great training (fun) day on Sunday, March 19 at AZ Lamb. We were honored to have Faansie Basson, internationally known sheep dog trainer, judge and exhibitor, to speak to us about herding and specifically penning and shedding. Faansie is a very entertaining speaker while sharing his dog training and livestock knowledge with others. Everyone had time to work their own dogs, share a lunch time together, and hold a club meeting. Thank you to our 14 members who were able to attend and support the club, along with three prospective members and seven visitors. An added benefit was celebrating Tammy and Rue's new Working Trial Championship (ASCA) with a yummy cake! Thank you Maci, Peggy and Justin for hosting this special club day!
