Show Rules: 1. Competition is open to Bantam chickens and Bantam Ducks. 2. Birds will be judge under ABA rules. 3. All Birds must be Pullorum Typhoid and Avian Influenza tested clean. All OUT of STATE birds must be NPIP Pullorum-Typhoidand Avian Influenza tested clean or be tested within 21 days before entering the state. State officials may be present and test papers are required. 4. All birds must be cooped by 5:45 pm CST for Friday Night Show and 8:45 am CST on Saturday. 5. Judging will began at 6:00 pm CST for Friday Night Show and 9:00 am CST on Saturday. 6. Open show entry fee is $2.50 per bird per show. Make checks payable to the Alabama Bantam Club. 7. Youth show entry fee is $2.00 per bird per show. Make checks payable to the Alabama Bantam Club. 8. Junior Showmanship fee is $2.00 per Junior who wants to participate. 9. All entry fees must be paid regardless, even if you are unable to show. 10. The ABC reserves the right to substitute and/or add judges. All judges decisions are final. 11. Only Judges, clerks and show officials will be permitted in the aisles during judging. 12. ABC will not be responsible for loss or accident to persons or birds. 13. Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted in the showroom or on the grounds. No smoking is allowed inside the show building. 14. No adults will be allowed to coop or groom the juniors birds. If a junior needs help, ABC members will be happy to assist them. 15. Any bird (s) in the show or sale areas that appears to be sick they will be removed from the show grounds. 16. Any matter that is not covered by show rules will be settled by the executive committee of the ABC and all decisions will be final. 17. After birds are cooped in please close you coop tags. Coop tags will remain closed until judging is complete. 18. Displays will be handled by ABA rules. Trios will not be accepted. Schedule: The show barn will open at 3 p.m. CST on Friday afternoon; judging for Friday Night Show will began at 6:00 pm CST; the barn will close when Champions are selected. The barn will open Saturday at 6:00 a.m. CST. Birds will be released once all shows have been judged and Champions are selected.
