NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Entries not on Official AKC Entry Forms and Photocopies of Entry Forms without agreement and instructions on reverse side of the official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. A Recording Fee of $.50 and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 is required of each dog entered at any Licensed Obedience Trial. These fees will be collected by the Show-giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show; the Recording fee is collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 14, Section 2) No Entry shall be made and no entry shall he accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Post dated Checks and Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial Secretary will add a $25 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Entry Limits: Entries limited to 10 hours judging per day for the obedience trials and 4 hours per day for the rally trial. A wait list will be established. Bitches that come in season after the closing date of entries may receive a refund, less $5.00, if certification from a Veterinarian is received by the Trial Secretary prior to the start of the Obedience Trial. Errors on Entry Forms. Owners are responsible for errors in filling out Entry Forms. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event of such errors or due to cancellation of entries after the closing date. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Dogs not entered in the trial will NOT be allowed in the building. Dogs cannot be left in the building overnight. Limited indoor space for crating. There will be no crating Friday night. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have proof of appropriate vaccinations. All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged. Move Up of Dogs in Obedience Classes (Ch. 1 Section 16 of Obedience Regulations). Move ups may be approved provided the next level class and judge are available and the class has not reached its limit. Judges Will Not Wait For Any Dog Holding Up A Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside or within 100 feet of any building in which this dog show is conducted. Exercise areas will be clearly marked. Please clean up after you dog. Dogs cannot be left in the building overnight. Jump height order: Saturday in ascending order and Sunday in descending order. There is very limited indoor crating space! Please do not bring un-entered dogs into the building. Due to the rally trial, crating will not be available Fri. evening. Raffles each day! THERE WILL BE FOOD AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THE SHOW SITE EACH DAY. All persons attending these dog events hereby waive any claim for damages

against the club for such removal. The club regards the health, safety and life of any dog on the show grounds to be paramount to other property or privacy rights.
