This mother pushes her baby girl. She is not in a rush. They all love to see the sun and sky. They stop and sit on a bench in the shade and share a snack. A er our jobs, we spent me playing. We made a fort, we pushed the ki ens in a cart, and we spo ed a big stork. Oh, we had the best me at Grandpa s farm! We all had a part to do in the yard. All the grandchildren came to the farm last week. It was March, and the grass was star ng to turn green, and the air was warm and smelled sweet. It felt so good to be at the farm! When you want to whine when it is me to clean, just think of what the world would be like if no one ever worked! And do not forget to smile, sing, and dream as you spend me cleaning! Nancy never wanted to leave that pre y, peaceful place away from cement and loud trucks. Nature seemed magical. Don t worry, said her dad. We will come back soon. And they did. Her father got a lodge up on the hill, and Nancy came twice every month to run and explore in the hills and play with her animal friends. Nancy discovered a surprise a fragile birds nest. She was amazed at how well the nest was made. She loved to watch the mother bird with her baby birds. The mother was so gentle and caring. Birds are amazing! So do not waste your life with too much me on a screen. Put it down, and explore a book, a hillside, or a garden. Learn to play an instrument or a sport. Sit with a good book. Sing, dance, or run. Create a drawing. Write a book. Make a fort. Plant a flower. God gave you a whole wide world to explore! God gave us a whole world to explore. We get joy from spending me doing things such as exploring, working, running, hiking, swimming, reading, learning, drawing, pain ng, crea ng, or spending me with our family.
