SITE INFORMATION This show will be held outdoors at Purina Farms Event Center, rain or shine. Parking is free. There is ample outdoor crating space. Running water will be available. Tracking Seminar and the CGC test will be held outdoors.. No practicing in the rings is allowed at anytime. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. DIRECTIONS TO SHOW ROUTES TO THE SHOW I-44 FROM EAST OR WEST Take Gray Summit exit (Hwy 100 E). Turn north on Hwy 100 E. Go approximately 1/2 mile to MM & turn left. There are small Purina signs on the corner. MM is a very winding road. Large vehicles - use care. Entrance to the Farm is about 1 mile on the left. Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. A charge of $25.00 will be made for each returned check. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted, which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Express mail entries must include signature permitting them to be left at the secretary s address without recipient s signature. Errors on Entry Forms - Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after show has closed. Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to American Beauceron Club. Canadian and other foreign exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Post Dated Checks or Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretary will add a $25 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be charged or withheld from refunds for duplicate entries. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, extreme weather conditions, or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the event before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries. Each Owner and Agent listed on the entry form and/or individual responsible for the dog at a show is bound by the Certification and Agreement on the front and back of the entry form regardless of who may have completed & submitted the entry form. Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the enclosed exercising ring. Dogs Present will not be permitted to roam. Exhibitors are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior, may, at the discretion of the event committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such cases, no refund of any fees will be made. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crate at all times except when being judged or when in the enclosed exercising ring. The site will be monitored and offenders will be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be made. Dogs must use the designated exercising area. Event Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show. ACCOMMODATIONS

Make your Reservations Early!!! Hotels that accept dogs are quickly becoming a rarity. Please behave responsibly! Clean up after your dog, bring sheets to cover the furniture, do not groom or bathe your dog inside, do not leave your dog(s) unattended in the room, and please be respectful of other guests who do not have to be up at 6:00am. The club will be checking in with hotel managers throughout the weekend. At the time this premium was created, the following hotels were accepting dogs. However, policies can change. Copies of all health certifications must be verifiable via the internet or a copy of the certificate must be included with the entry form in order for the information to be included in the catalog. Proof of title must be included with entry for Travail class.
