If you arrive before 7, please try and limit any barking of your dogs while in the parking lot. Thank you. All Dogs Agility will provide chairs for competitors in the agility arena but you may also bring your personal chair if you prefer. Please NO reclining or Lafuma type chairs, or chairs with a high back. Chairs will only be allowed in the marked areas so that there will be sufficient room for dogs and competitors to pass comfortably behind the seating area. Please do not tie or leave your dogs unattended in the agility arena seating area. Products applied to a dog's pads such as Show Foot or Tacky Paw may not be used in The All Dogs Gym. These products leave a residue that can damage the flooring. Thank you for your cooperation. The All Dogs Gym and Inn is a very busy boarding and grooming facility with lots of dogs and people coming and going, many of whom are not always aware of what their dog may be doing. PLEASE be aware of this as you are entering and exiting the building. Absolutely NO flexi-leashes are allowed inside the building. For the safety of dogs belonging to competitors and clients of The All Dogs Gym and Inn, dogs may be off leash in the following areas only; at the warm-up jump, while in the agility ring or while in the fenced area behind the main building. Any owner of a dog found to be off leash in any other area (including the parking lot) will receive a single warning and after that will be asked to leave the property. No refund will be given. Please do not park in the traffic circle in front of the building except briefly to unload. Also the parking spaces behind the Warehouse are reserved for the All Dogs Gym and Inn staff. Crating at All Dogs Gym - Playroom Indoor crating for this event will be in the Playroom. Space is somewhat limited so please plan to stack crates if needed. X-pens will be allowed, minimum of 2 dogs and they MUST have a secure cover. Personal chairs will also be allowed but you may be asked to remove your chair if additional space is needed for crating.

The burden of responsibility for the appropriateness of such action rests solely with the host group and its Organizing Committee. Check-in & Measuring Dog Measurements & Certification Only dogs 18 months of age and entered in this event may be measured. All dogs not jumping 26" in the Championship Program or 20" in the Performance Program must be measured unless they have a permanent USDAA or World Cynosport Dog Registration card or a temporary card with 3 signatures as required by the regulations, making the dog eligible for their jump height (prior to 3 years of age). When not enrolling electronically, please send a copy of one the following items to facilitate the check-in process: photocopy of permanent dog registration card, printout of the dog-information page from your USDAA competitor web account, or copy of your check-in letter from USDAA indicating your temporary card has been accepted by the USDAA office and your permanent registration card is in process. Tentative Check-In/Judging Time Frame There is no early check-in planned for Friday evening. Self Check-in will be available for those competitors that send (or have previously sent) a copy of their permanent jump height card with their Entry Form. A printout of your Competitor Account from the USDAA web site indicating your dog(s) height has been certified is acceptable as well. Copies of Temporary Cards (the blue paper ones) cannot be accepted, even with 3 signatures so PLEASE don't send them with your entry. Check-in WITH measuring is tentatively scheduled from 7 to 7:30 on Saturday. If your dog needs to be measured please plan to arrive during this time. Please have your blue temporary height card with you when you have your dog measured. After your dog is measured then you MUST bring your signed height card to the Trial Secretary (or their designate) at the scoretable and check-in. This MUST be done before your first run of the day. There will be an additional check-in and measuring period on Saturday afternoon for those dogs entered in either Grand Prix/PGP or Steeplechase/PSJ that are not entered in any other classes on Saturday. Please check your Final Confirmation for more information. A Dog that Measures Up at Check-In FEO Not Allowed If a judge's measurement of a dog at check-in establishes that the dog is ineligible for the height class in which entered, the competitor MUST run the dog at the higher jump height. The dog shall be placed first in the running order for all classes entered. The competitor may not change their entry from one program to another (e.g., from Championship to Performance). General Entry Conditions Prohibitions on Aids & Devices No leads, collars, food, toys or other aids or devices shall be permitted on the course at any time, except as provided for in Chapter 10 when Intro Program classes are offered, or in Chapter 8 when Junior Handler Program classes are offered. Statement of Responsibility Competitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children or guests. A competitor whose dogs, children or guests create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Event Organizing Committee, be asked to leave the test site. Policy on Fault Limits In the event of a larger entry, fault limits may be set at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and/or Judge without pre-event notice. Spam Blocker Confirmations will be sent via email using the secretary's address. If you have a spam blocker on your email account, please configure it to allow email from the secretary's address since confirmations will be sent from this account.

Class Descriptions Tournament Class Rules & Descriptions One or more tournament classes are being held at this event, the rules and description of which may be downloaded on the Internet at www.usdaa.com/gen_formdoc.cfm, and are hereby incorporated by reference. A written copy may be obtained from the Event secretary. Team & Versatility Pairs Measure-up Policy The handler of a dog entered in Team or Versatility Pairs must notify the secretary immediately should their dog be required to jump a higher height by virtue of the judge's measurement. The dog must jump the higher jump height in order to be eligible to earn a qualifying score in the tournament. If entered in Team, the dog may not be moved to Versatility Pairs. If the handler chooses not to have their dog jump the higher height, their entry is effectively withdrawn. The competitor may or may not run for exhibition only (earning no qualifications) solely at the discretion of the event secretary; there shall be no refund of fees paid. If the change in height makes the dog ineligible for their team (three jump heights), the secretary will make every effort to form complete teams from dogs available. A move-up in height for dogs in Versatility Pairs does not affect their team composition, but may result in a change in their position in the running order because of the height composition of the Pair. Masters Challenge Biathlon This Biathlon consists of two classes; Masters Challenge Standard and Masters Challenge Jumpers. While these two classes will count as titling runs, they also form the biathlon where scores will be converted to time plus faults. After the two classess, scores will be combined to calculate those dogs in each jump height earning eligibility by posting an overall score in the top 25%. A dog scoring an elimination in either class will be eliminated from Biathlon award contention. See complete rules at www.usdaa.com. Masters Challenge Classes - Championship & Performance All dogs - regardless of level of competition - are eligible for entry in the Masters Challenge classes and to earn qualifying scores. These qualifying scores will remain on the dog's record and calculate toward Masters Challenge titles once the dog achieves the Masters Standard / Masters Performance Standard and Masters Jumpers / Masters Performance Jumpers titles. Additionally, these dogs continue to be eligible for their appropriate level in the regular classes at all levels, unless stipulated otherwise in the Agility Test Schedule. Competitive placements in the Masters Challenge Standard and Jumpers classes accumulate points for annual ranking for Agility Top Ten SM and Performance Top Ten SM. Steeplechase and Performance Speed Jumping Prizes & Awards Tournament Class Awards Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all competitors receiving a qualifying score based on their performance in Round 1. Placement rosettes will be awarded to the 1st through 4th place finishers in each jump height, based on their performance in Round 2. In Round 2 - prize money will be computed based upon 30% of the total entry fees pursuant to the payout chart found in the tournament rules. Grand Prix and Performance Grand Prix Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all competitors receiving a qualifying score. Placement rosettes will be awarded to the 1st through 4th place finishers in each jump height. The first place qualifier in each jump height shall be awarded a 'bye voucher' permitting them to advance to the final round at a Regional Championship event. Team Tournament and Performance Versatility Pairs Awards Placement rosettes will be awarded to the 1st through 4th place Teams. Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to members of all Teams earning a qualifying score. Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all competitors earning an individual qualifying score in a class. Biathlon Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all competitors earning a qualifying score (clean run) in each of the individual Masters/Performance Masters Challenge Classes. Qualifying ribbons will also be awarded to those competitors receiving a qualifying Biathlon score (based on their combined score for both MC classes). An additional award will be given to the Biathlon winner in each jump height. Special Awards New Title Rosettes will be awarded for all titles earned at this event with special rosettes for the following titles: AD, AAD, MAD, ADCH, PD, APD, MPD, PDCH and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
