Main Adoption Facility Lobby The 17x27 lobby will be a bright and welcoming area. All visitors, volunteers, and potential adopters will pass through the Main Lobby into the various healthy and healing housing areas for our animals. $250,000~ The Mars Lobby Furchandise Retail Shop A 12x14 retail boutique/shop will be located off of our Main Lobby. This shop will be a source of income for our shelter through sales of animal care supplies such as leashes & collars, carriers, foods, toys, MHF merchandise, and unique one-of-a-kind gifts. There will be a little bit of everything for everyone! Wall plaques will be placed in the Main Lobby to acknowledge these major sponsorships.

Dog of the Day Room Directly off of the Main Lobby will be a wonderful 8x8 room with big windows that will feature a special Dog of the Day! This room will help ease the stress of shelter dogs who are in the shelter for long periods of time. It will also allow for more exposure in hopes of helping them find their forever home! Sponsored by Jacqueline L. Ohrstrom Cat of the Day Room Adjacent to the Dog of the Day Room will be the Cat of the Day Room! This 8x8 room will provide a fun filled area with scratching posts and fun toys for cats or kittens to get away from their every day cat room and get more exposure to all visitors in hopes of helping them find their forever home! In Honor of GRACIE Davis Wall sponsorship plaques will be posted on each room.

Humane Education & Community Resource Room This 28x16 room will serve many purposes! The Humane Education & Community Resource Room will be situated directly off of our Furchandise Retail Shop. This space will allow us to host Dog Behavior Classes all year long. We will also use this space for board, staff & volunteer meetings, educational seminars, humane education classes, and fun community programs such as Reading to the Animals/Book Buddies & Cats on Mats Yoga events. $75,000~ Audio Visual Equipment We will need to install/build in Audio Visual equipment for our presentations & classes. Your sponsorship will help us purchase the AV needs for our Humane Education & Community Resource Room. $5,000~ Wall sponsorship plaques will be posted on both entrances.

Small Mammal Room The Small Mammal Room will be situated off of the Main Lobby. Rescued pocket pets & birds will be housed in various styles of cages that suite the different needs of the animals in our care. Small Mammal Room Cages This room will need to be very versatile to house the differing small animals that come into our care. We will need bird/parrot cages, glass aquariums, and condo cages for our little feathered & furry friends! $5,000~ Volunteer & Staff Breakroom We LOVE our Volunteers! Volunteers are a vital part of MHF. This room will have lockers, a refrigerator, and an area to sit and visit with the Middleburg Humane staff. A wall plaque will be posted at the entrance of each room and areas sponsored.

Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic A 1450 sq. ft. Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic will be built within the Main Adoption Facility. This veterinary facility will provide care for all shelter animals as well as for programs such as Low Cost Spay/Neuter, Emergency Medical, and Controlling Community Cats Compassionately (TNR Trap/ Neuter & Return). We are very fortunate to have a major donor for the building of our Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic! Help us make this dream come true. Sponsor equipment to outfit this facility. Veterinary Equipment Sponsorships Digital radiology unit Cat & dog wall unit holding cages $35,000~ Anesthesia monitors (2), Dental radiology machine $10,000~ea Hydraulic lift scale exam table, Anesthesia machines (3), Surgery lights (3), Dental/surgery wet table, Surgery tables (2), High speed dental unit with scaler $5,000~ea Exam table, utility/crash cart & mobile prep table, laryngeal scope, fluid pumps (4), microscope & centrifuge, warm water blanket units (3), ophthalmoscope, audioscope, radiology table, surgery packs $1,500~ea Wall plaques will be placed in the Main Lobby and Spay/ Neuter Lobby to acknowledge these sponsorships.

Adoption Coordinator & Pet Trainer Office This is where the magic happens! The Adoption Office will be situated off of our Main Lobby. The Adoption Coordinator will prepare paperwork and will do the release of all dog and small mammal adoptions in this office space. Our Animal Behaviorist/Pet Trainer will also work out of this office space. Finding forever homes for our forever friends! Volunteer Coordinator Office The Volunteer Coordinator oversees all of the programs and opportunities for our Volunteers. This office will be situated off of the Main Lobby. Wall sponsorship plaques will be posted on the entrance to each office.

Grooming Salon A 24x12 Grooming Salon will be situated at the front of our Main Adoption Facility. The Salon will have a separate entrance from the shelter and will provide a source of income for our shelter animals and programs. The Grooming Salon will be open to the public. $100,000~ Dog Kennel, Bank of cages, & Wash Tub! Help us create a safe, comfortable & professional Grooming Salon by sponsoring the dog kennel, one of the TWO banks of wall unit cages, or by sponsoring the bathing wash tub! $5,000~ea Dog Kennel Sponsored by Rascal Taylor Sponsorship wall plaques will be placed at the entrance to the Grooming Salon as well as at each sponsored area.

Main Cat Room The 13 x 21 Main Cat Room will be a state-of-the-art colony cat housing room filled with free-roaming shelter kitties! An area resembling more of a cat resort hotel: cats snoozing on sofas, perching on ledges, and gazing out of windows. In this peaceable kingdom, the shelter cats will hang out, explore, and socialize. Cats aren t the only ones who can let loose in this free-roaming atmosphere! Potential adopters can go into this colony room and mill around comfortably on the cats turf. A separate office space and a feed room will be off of the Main Cat Room area. There will also be 8x8 Cat Playroom suites with indoor/outdoor areas for groups of cats and Kitten Playrooms too. Free-roaming cats are more likely to show their true personalities and find their forever homes much quicker than shelter cats being housed in small cages. $150,000~ In Honor of The Hanscom Cats Introduction Wall Cages A bank of wall unit cages will house kitties to help with proper introduction into the Main Cat Room colony! $5,000~ Cat Feed & Work Room In memory of Joyce Mabel Linus Smith Kitty food, laundry, litter, & medications will be prepared/kept in this room. $10,000~ Sponsorship wall plaques will be placed for these generous donations.

Cat Visitation Room The Cat Visitation Room will be adjacent to our Main Cat Room. This space will allow potential adopters as well as volunteers to spend quality TLC time with individual cats. Kathleen & Kerry Skeen Cat Adoption Office In memory of Patagonia & Carmen The Cat Adoption Office will house all records and will be used to finalize adoptions! ONE Ken Rietz & Urusla Landsrath Kitten Playrooms TWO 7x11 kitten playrooms will be located directly off of the Main Cat Room. One of the playrooms will be connected to a 7x11 outdoor playroom, the other kitten playroom will be indoor only. $10,000~ea ONE John & Linda Suter Cat Indoor/Outdoor Playrooms THREE 8x8 cat playrooms with adjacent 8x10 outdoor playrooms will be located directly off of the Main Cat Room. Housing our shelter cats freely, and out of cages, will reduce stress and illness, and make for happy/healthy cats! $10,000~ea Wall plaques will be placed to acknowledge sponsorships. Animal Portrait Tiles Animal portrait tiles will be featured on walls throughout the public areas of the Main Adoption Facility. An artist will paint an 8x8 or larger portrait of your animal from a photograph. We will create a tile from the artwork and you will keep the original portrait! Main Dog Room A welcoming, bright and airy Main Dog Room will house the majority of the shelter dogs. There will be medium and large sized dog suites as well as wall units for overnight housing. $150,000~ Large Dog Suites All dog suites will be constructed with glass brick to allow natural light for bright, spacious, private suites. There will be SIX Large Dog Suites of comfy 5x8 indoor areas attached to 5x7 covered outdoor runs. $15,000~ea Small & Medium Dog Suites There will be FOUR Dog Suites of comfy 4x6 and 4x8 indoor areas connected to 4x7 covered outdoor runs. $10,000~ea Wall sponsorship plaques will be posted on each suite. Dog Visitation Room The Dog Visitation Room will be located within our Main Dog Room. This space will allow potential adopters as well as volunteers to spend quality time with the shelter dogs. In memory of Janet Hitchen by her friends Dog Food, Meds, & Prep Room This work room will be situated off of the Main Dog Room. Serving all dog areas for feeding, medications, & the grooming/bathing of the shelter dogs! $10,000~ Main Dog Room Wall Units A bank of wall unit cages will be located in the Main Dog Room. These cages will be used to house some of the dogs overnight who are in playgroups and dog suites during the day. $5,000~ Wall plaques will be placed to acknowledge these sponsorships.

Senior Dog Room The Senior Dog Room will provide a quiet area for older shelter dogs. This room will have a total of five indoor/outdoor dog suites that will be constructed of glass brick to allow natural light in a spacious & calm environment. Radiant floor heating will be provided for comfort. In Memory of Atticus Finch Jawer Senior Playroom A small indoor room created with glass brick will provide a play and TLC area for the senior dogs. $5,000~ John & Laura Burke Senior Dog Suites FIVE indoor Senior Dog Suites measuring 5x8 connected to 4x7 covered outdoor runs. Suite floors will be heated to provide extra layer of comfort for the housing for our senior shelter dogs. ONE John & Linda Suter ONE In memory of Buffy Cruce $10,000~ea Wall sponsorship plaques will be posted on each suite and playroom.

The Mom Dog & Puppy Room The Mom Dog & Puppy Room will house mom dogs & puppies. We will have a bank of wall unit cages to allow the pups and moms to be housed safely overnight & during the day, they will have access to two connected indoor playrooms measuring 6x6 each. The floors will be heated as well. Puppy Playroom Tessa Rochester A 6 x12 glass brick indoor room to provide a play and TLC area for mom dogs & puppies. $10,000~ Tessa Rochester Mom Dog & Puppy Wall Units A 6 foot bank of wall units will safely house puppies and mom dogs overnight. There will be a total of 5 wall unit cages in this bank. $5,000~ John & Linda Suter Wall sponsorship plaques will be posted to acknowledge sponsorships.

Veterinary Technician Office A Licensed Veterinary Technician will be in charge of overseeing the medical care for all shelter animals. This office will provide space for medications as well as records for the animals. The Peterson Family Trust Intake Room Animals being admitted into the shelter will come through the Intake Room. This room is located near the isolation/quarantine areas where animals will receive medical care in preparation of entering the general population areas. $10,000~ Nancy & Doug McCorkindale Community Cat Room Controlling Community (feral) Cats Compassionately through TNR. Trap/Neuter & Return has been proven to be the most effective & humane approach. Middleburg Humane has a very active TNR program! The Community Cat Room will be located between the Spay/Neuter Clinic & the garage. This safe & quiet room will house all ferals before & after surgery. Wall plaques will be placed to acknowledge these generous sponsorships.

Training Pavilion A 40x40 training pavilion will be built next to our Main Facility. This pavilion will be used to hold Canine Behavior Classes and seminars. A great place for visitors and volunteers to gather with canine friends! $50,000~ Thanks to Pete Waxter & Friends of Little Feat In Honor of Whiskey & Fred Dog Play & Training Yard This good sized fenced in area will be used to hold our behavior classes during nice weather. We will have an agility course and fun obstacles for the behavioral enrichment of our shelter dogs! The Epstein Family Foundation Senior Dog Room Play Yard A nice sized fenced in grassy area for our senior dogs to play & run! Main Dog Room Play Yard The Shaggy Ram & Morningstar Farm A nice sized fenced in grassy area for the dogs to get outside & play! $5,000~ ea. Mangano Foundation Brass sponsorship plaques will be placed at the entrance to the pavilion and play yards.

Memorial Garden & Shelter Campus On our 23 acre shelter campus, we will have a 100x100 Memorial Garden located directly in front of the Main Facility. This garden will have walkways of memorial stones meandering through plantings of shade & ornamental trees as well as evergreen bushes & benches. A peaceful place to reflect on the spirit & love that was once shared Shade & Ornamental Trees We will plant trees in the garden as well as throughout our campus to provide shade. A plaque will be posted by all sponsored trees. Specific tree species can be requested. $1,000~ea Benches Memorial garden benches for people & animals to spend time reflecting on the love & spirit that was once shared.
