YOU CAN MAKE A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE About the program In the life of a shelter animal Sweetpea F.O.R. Animals, Inc has launched a sponsorship program to provide an opportunity for organizations and individuals to share in the rebuild of our shelter and have an everlasting effect on the daily life of a homeless cat or dog during their stay with us until we can place them in a loving home. Why Sponsor? In the aftermath of the tragic fire that brought our organization to its knees - destroying our shelter facility and claimed the lives of dozens of homeless animals, we have begun to focus our efforts on rebuilding our facility so that we can resume our mission of animal rescue. Although we have received a significant amount of donations to date, the cost of constructing a new facility is significant and we need your help to bring this new building to fruition. By sponsoring a dog kennel, you will be providing the level of comfort and security that a shelter dog is in desperate need of during his stay at Sweetpea. By sponsoring a free roaming cat room, you will be providing a comfortable environment for 3-4 shelter cats in a communal living setting. Our sponsors will receive the following benefits: Their name and/or log on permanent signage or plaque; press release to the local media acknowledging the sponsorship; Sponsor s name and/or logo posted on Sweetpea s website and Facebook. Use of Sponsorship Funds 100% of the proceeds will go to the Sweetpea F.O.R. Animals Inc. immediately upon receipt. Your donation will be placed into our Construction Rebuild fund and shall be used to offset the construction cost of the room or kennel that you are sponsoring. Your donation is 100% tax deductable Why Support Sweetpea? Sweetpea is dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless animals. Once accepted into Sweetpea, an animal will never be put down unless it is incurably ill. Instead, Sweetpea promises to provide rehabilitative care, boarding and basic training to an animal until it is adopted into a good home, no matter how long that may take. We are committed to promoting responsible care, education on the need to spay and neuter and influencing a beneficial change in the treatment of all animals. It s not about how much time we have, it is about what we do while we are here.
