Center (King Co. Fair Grounds), Exhibit Hall, 45224 284 th Ave. SE, Enumclaw, WA 98022 If you are coming from the west, head east on Hwy. 410 going through Bonney Lake and Buckley. After entering Enumclaw take a right hand turn at the first stop light (Warner Ave.) and go to 284 th Ave. SE (about 1.7 mi.). Turn left on 284 th (Expo. Center is on the right hand side), and enter Gate 3. Park behind the red building Exhibit Hall. If you are coming from the east, take Hwy. 90 to Exit 25. Take the ramp right for SR-18 (toward Tacoma) and turn left onto SR-18 (12 mi.). Take the ramp right for SE 231 st St. (toward Enumclaw) and turn left onto SE 231 st St. Turn right onto SR-169 (Maple Valley Black Diamond Rd SE )(14.2 mi.) and turn left onto SR-164 (Griffin Ave.)(.6 mi.). Turn left onto SR-410 (Roosevelt Ave.)(.8 mi.) and then turn right onto 284 th Ave. SE (.3 mi). Expo. Center will be on the left hand side, and enter Gate 3. Park behind the red building Exhibit Hall. 1

NOTE: Exhibitors need to park behind the Exhibit Hall. There is to be no parking along the loop road in front of the building, and no parking on any grassy area on the Expo. Center. If we need additional parking we can use the area on the north side of Gate 2 for overflow parking. You may pull up to the back door of the Exhibit Hall to unload your vehicle, but must not block the door and your vehicle must be moved as soon as it is unloaded. Entry Fees: Open, Youth, Specialty Shows - $3.50 per rabbit, $2.00 fur, $3.50 for meat pen per show. Make checks payable to ERBA. DO NOT SEND CASH. 2

2. Entry Deadline: Mailed entries must be postmarked by Friday November 3, 2017/e-mailed entries must be received by Monday November 6, 2017 at 9 P.M. Entries are not considered received until the entry fee is received and will not be judged payment of the entry fees. E-mailed entries are a promise to pay whether you attend or not, you will be billed for your entry fee. (No refunds for scratched animals). 3. Any entry postmarked after the entry deadline will be considered a day of show entry and the day of show entry fee will apply; 4. Day of Show Entries: $6.00/rabbit, $4.50/fur, $6.00/meat pen must be made by 7:30 a.m. 5. Ear number changes are $2 per animal and must be done before the show begins. 6. Send all ERBA Open, Youth, Rex, and Holland Specialty Show entries to Sue Marchetti, 20601 Lake Fontal Rd., Monroe, WA 98272, vern-sue@w-link.net. 7. No phone entries will be accepted. 8. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks or the charge by the bank (whichever is greater). 9. Please fill out your entry form completely and legibly. Collect calls will be made to all exhibitors with incomplete entry information. 10. Canadian exhibitors who have e-mailed their entry are to pay for their entry at the show. 11. ERBA reserves the right to refuse entries from all locations within 150 miles which has a confirmed outbreak of RCD/RHD/VHD within the past 60 days of the entry deadline. 12. Note to youth, Rex and Holland exhibitors, this gives you the opportunity to show the same animal four times in one day the ERBA Youth Show, the ERBA Open Show B, the Rainier Rabbits Youth Show and the ERBA specialty show. All other youth exhibitors are limited to the first three shows mentioned. Holland Lop and Rex Specialty Shows by ERBA Send entries to the ERBA Secretary. Same entry fees and deadline as the ERBA show. Use code (H), or (R) on the entry form to indicate which specialty show you are entering. Rainier Rabbits ARBA Youth Show See information below the ERBA entry form. **** NOTE: Youth exhibitors may enter their rabbits in this show regardless of what other shows they have entered since this show is being run by a different club. Show Rules & Information 1. These shows will be governed by the latest rules of the ARBA. Your entry indicates your acceptance of these rules. 2. The showroom will open at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday and judging will begin at 8:00 a.m. 3. All help with the show would be greatly appreciated, including set up and take down. We ask that exhibitors remove their animals by 5:30pm as we must be cleaned up and out of the building by 6pm. 4. Comment cards will be provided for all shows. 5. All rabbits will be judged as written on the entry forms. 6. All rabbits shall have a permanent & legible tattoo in the left ear. 7. This is a carrying cage show. Leak proof bottoms are required, and cages should contain a water bowl or bottle and either a feed bowl or handful of hay. All animals must be healthy and in proper sized transport cages to ensure the rabbit s well-being. Any animals displaying signs of sickness, as verified by at least two members of the show committee, must be removed from the showroom immediately. If a sick animal becomes an issue with the show superintendent, it will result in dismissal of the exhibitor 3

from the show and forfeiture of the exhibitor s awards and entry fees. Any animals disqualified by a judge for sickness at the time of judging must be removed from the showroom immediately. 8. Out of consideration for the judges & clerks, please trim your rabbit's toenails before the show. 9. ERBA reserves the right to add, substitute or cancel judges. 10. Judges decisions will be final. Interfering with the judging will not be tolerated. The final interpretation of the show rules is the responsibility of the show committee. Breeders are encouraged to volunteer as table help during the judging of their breeds. With the exception of the judge and clerk, no one will be allowed behind the tables during the judging. 11. Each person is responsible for getting their rabbits to the judging table when called. No classes will be re-judged. 12. All rabbits are entered at the sole risk of their owner. Every precaution will be taken to safeguard and minimize hazards, losses and mistakes. ERBA, show personnel, judges nor the Expo Center will be responsible for any injury suffered by exhibitors, their guests, spectators, or animals. 13. Legs and show reports will be mailed. Ribbons and comment cards must be picked up at the show. 14. Under age animals will not be allowed in the showroom. Animals not entered in the show are allowed in the show room on a space available basis only. All rabbits must meet the minimum weight for their specific breed please leave those baby bunnies at home. 15. No animals other than rabbits are allowed in the showroom without prior approval from the show superintendent. Animals offered for sale must be the property of an exhibitor entered in the show. All others will be removed from the showroom by the show superintendent. 16. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children or youth transported by them, and are liable for paying for any damages caused by them. Please keep your children inside the show area and controlled at all times. Exhibitors or unsupervised children who are found playing in the parking lot, wandering through the fairgrounds outside of the Exhibit Hall, or speaking disrespectfully to fairgrounds personnel will result in dismissal of the youth and/or guardian from the show and forfeiture of their awards and entry fees. 17. ARBA Show Rule Sec. 51. Youth may not enter their rabbit or cavy in both open and youth classes at the same show, which is sponsored by the same club. Youth may make entries in both open and youth classes with different animals. (A) When more than one ARBA sanctioned all breed or specialty show, not having a youth sanction, are held in conjunction on the same day, youth exhibitors may enter all additional shows with the same animals. This means that a youth exhibitor can enter the ERBA Youth Show, ERBA Open Show B, and the Rainier Rabbits Youth Show with the same animal; and youth Holland Lop and Rex exhibitors can enter the ERBA Youth Show, the Rainier Rabbits Youth Show, HL Specialty Show, Rex Specialty Show and Open Show B with the same animal. 18. ARBA Show Rule Sec. 52. Youth exhibitors may enter sanctioned youth shows between the ages of five (5) and eighteen (18) years. An adult cannot show in youth classes at any time. Youth exhibitors must be able to handle their own animals. If stated in the show catalog, all youth entries must be carried by youth. Youth exhibitors are not required to carry their on animals to the table. 19. Any issue arising that cannot be resolved by reference to the above rules shall be decided by the official show committee, whose decision shall be final. Inappropriate behavior or foul language by any exhibitor, disrespect of animals, property or persons will result in dismissal from the show and forfeiture of their awards and entry fees. The official show committee in charge of enforcing the show rules consists of Nancy Chaussee, Dave Flink, Kara Smith and Cindy Wickizer. 4

Notes for 2018 shows: * In an attempt to discourage late entries, we have increased the late entry fee and day of show entry fees to $6 per rabbit. **The Expo Center has been rented by the ERBA between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on November 11, 2107. Be prepared to vacate the showroom by 5:30 p.m. so the floors can be swept clean by 6 p.m. Again we are asking for your help in cleaning up your exhibitor area by picking up any fur balls, hay/straw and litter before leaving. Any help with the reloading of the trailer with the show equipment and cleanup after the show will be greatly appreciated. *** Exhibitor entry to the showroom will be limited to the doors not occupied by the show equipment trailer. **** Photo Opportunity. There will be a table set up for taking a picture of your rabbit at the show, so if you don t have a camera on your cell phone, bring along your camera. ***** Our next year s shows will be on March 3, 2018 and November 10, 2018 Starting Breeds All entries must be in the showroom by 7 a.m. No changes to the entry information will be permitted after 7:30 a.m. Any entry not present when its class is called will be scratched. There will be a raffle shortly after 1 p.m., so remember to bring along some extra cash so you can join the fun. 2. All donations are welcome, new or lightly used items. 3. All rabbits placed in the raffle must have a pedigree, and do not include their carrier unless otherwise marked. ERBA is in no way responsible for the quality of animals in the raffle. 6

4. Proceeds from the raffle/silent auction will be used for the ERBA youth fund for helping our youth compete at the WA State & ARBA Conventions. 5. Let s face it, we can t all be big winners at the judging tables, so let s be big winners at the raffle table! Awards There will be Special Awards for Best in Show & Reserve in Show for Show A, Show B, the Youth Show and Best in Show for both Specialty Shows. Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex of Breed awards will be provided for the ERBA sanctioned breeds in the open shows with 10+ animals entered and the 20 most numerous non-sanctioned breeds entered by the entry deadline, and for all breeds shown in the Youth Show. 1 st through 3 rd place ribbons will be awarded until the supply is exhausted. 7
