A raffle will be held. Tickets may be purchased at the show. Coffee and donuts will be available for you early birds. Concession stand on premises. Please have entries postmarked by November 16. Set up and hanging of coop cards is scheduled for November 22. Show Rules: 1. There will be classes for all varieties of bantams, standards, and ducks. 2. Any class not provided for above will be dealt with by the officers of the Red Hill Bantam Club. 3. Birds may be shown either in the open show or the junior show. They cannot be shown in both competitions. 4. Red Hill Bantam Club membership is not required to exhibit. 5. Entry fee is $2.50 for open show. $1.50 for Junior Show. $4.00 inside sale coops. $5.00 outside sales. 6. All entries must be postmarked and paid in full by November 16. 7. Make checks payable to Red Hill Bantam Club. 8. IL Dept. of Agriculture requires all birds to be blood tested. 9. All birds cooped in and ready for judging by 9:00 am CST 10. NO COOPING OUT EARLY. 11. ABSOLUTELY NO MOVING OF COOP CARDS WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM SHOW OFFICIALS. 12. ABA and APA rules will govern judges. Placing to fifth. 13. Birds showing signs of sickness or disease will be removed and barred from competition. 14. The Red Hill Bantam Club (RHBC) will not be responsible for loss. 15. RHBC will not be responsible for any accidents. 16. RHBC reserves the right to refuse any entry. SPECIAL NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Illinois Poultry Import Requirements state that all persons transporting poultry into Illinois for any purpose other than immediate slaughter must obtain an entry permit prior to entry. Permits are issued 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (217) 782-4944. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to obtain his/her own number

Courter Youth Center: Entering from Princeton IN, Driving West on Indiana SR 64: Proceed across Wabash River Bridge into Mount Carmel. Turn right at the first stoplight. At next stoplight, turn left onto Market Street. Proceed on Market Street to the first stop sign. At this point Market becomes College Dr. Continue on College Dr. Both the Wabash Valley College and Wabash General Hospital will be on the left. From the stop sign by the college, continue 0.6 miles to the Mabel Courter Youth Center sign on the right. Turn right onto 4-H Road. Follow it back to the grounds. The show is in the Loyal E Anderson building on the right. Driving South on Illinois Route 1: Proceed south on SR1, following the signs to Mt. Carmel. Just before reaching Mt. Carmel, there is a small bridge crossing Crawfish Creek. Approx. ½ mile ahead on the right will be a large blue building, Container Corp. Turn right at this intersection, (SR1 and Poor Farm Rd). Continue through the first stop sign to the second stop sign. At the second stop, turn left. Proceed 0.3 miles. The Mabel Courter Youth Center sign will be on the left. Turn left onto 4-H Road. Follow it to the grounds. The show is in the Loyal E. Anderson building on the right. Driving North on Illinois Route 1: Approaching Mt. Carmel, SR1 becomes Third St. Follow Third St., passing the Town and Country Motel on the right. Just before reaching Shular Mobile Home Sales is the Oak Street T intersection on the left. Turn left on Oak St. Proceed on Oak St. to the first stop light at Ninth St. Continue through this intersection to the first stop sign (College Dr. ) Turn left on College Dr. There is a second stop sign less than a block. Continue through this stop 0.6 miles to the Mabel A. Courter Youth Center sign on the right. Turn right onto 4-H Road. Follow it back to the grounds. The show is in the Loyal E. Anderson building on the right. Driving East on Illinois Route 15: Entering Mount Carmel, SR15 becomes Ninth Street. At the first stop light, (Ninth and Oak) turn left onto Oak Street. Classifications- Cock and Hen Cockerel and Pullet Birds over one year of age Birds under one year of age Show Building Schedule (CST) Friday Open 12 Noon Close 9 PM Saturday Open 6AM Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 AM Swap Meet Gates will open at 6 am Saturday. Cost to sell is $5. State laws regarding testing apply. Only exhibitors in show will be offered inside sales coops. NO sick animals allowed on premises. Raffle We will be sponsoring a raffle with the drawing scheduled for 1:00pm. All donated items are welcome. Concessions- A concession stand will be on the premises to keep the yummy in your tummy and fill the empties!
