Reserved Grooming In an attempt to provide grooming facilities for all exhibitors in a fair manner we are offering Reserved Grooming. Limited free grooming will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Thursday, March 3, 2016. Each person may only reserve a maximum of 2 spaces. Please be considerate to other exhibitors and only reserve what you need. All sizes are approximate. Some spaces may be irregular due to walls & must be accepted as assigned. Your space will be identified by a card with your name. Grooming Space Rules Grooming space will be assigned in the order received. Reservations accepted by MAIL ONLY. If you want a space next to someone else you must send reservations together and request it. If the reserved grooming area is full, your request will be returned if time allows. We reserve the right to release any space not claimed by noon, Saturday, March 5, 2016. No exercise pens allowed in the building at any time. All crates must be stacked. No soft crates allowed. Any excessive use of space will be corrected by the Show Chairman. Please be considerate to your fellow exhibitors. There will be overnight security. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediately following Best in Show judging of the Belle-City Kennel Club, Inc. show on Sunday, March 6, 2016.
