Each dog must compete in Stock, must complete the Conformation Evaluation and must compete in obedience. Scoring will be tabulated under National Specialty MVA rules*. The Veteran obedience class will be scored at the Novice point values for Obedience. Only ONE Judges Choice Award will be given. Prize money will be 1/2 of the total entry fees to the Judges Choice, and the other 1/2 of the total entry fees to GAASC, the host club. Breeders Exhibits will be 2 to 4 dogs. Only one can be under one year of age. Breeder doesn't need to be the owner, but must be the breeder of record on ASCA papers on all entries. All dogs in Breeders Exhibits must be entered in one additional class (any venue) during the Jubilee weekend. The Goal of the Breeders Showcase is to highlight the quality and variety of the local breeders to bring information and education to the general public. Judge will base his/her "Judges Choice" on symmetry of type according to the ASCA standard and overall quality of entry.

Refunds issued up to pre entry deadline. Substitutions allowed with dogs that you own or co own. FACILITY: There is a large parking area with plenty of room for RV parking overnight. Self Contained RVs only. The only electric are on poles under the barn and can only run dryers or fans. Electric use is $10/day. Please pick up after your dog in all areas. Dogs must be on leash at all times. Conformation will be held outdoors on grass. The sheep and cattle runs will be under cover. You may want to bring shade. Concessions will be available throughout the weekend for breakfast and lunch. Awards: Conformation: Ribbons awarded for 1st through 4th place, with rosettes for premium awards. Dog related prizes for premium awards. Stockdog Trials: Ribbons award for 1 st through 4 th place, with rosettes for High In Trial Advanced, Open, Started Obedience: Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 4th place, with all Qualifiers in Regular classes earning a dark green ribbon. Rosettes and special prizes will be presented for High In Trial, High Combined, and High In Trial Aussie. Any team completing an ACSA Obedience Title will receive a New Title rosette. Regular *and* Non Regular class Qualifiers are eligible to earn points towards the overall Versatility Awards. SPECIAL RECOGNITION: The Husker Memorial Hey, Look What I Can Do! award. Winner of the MVA competition to receive a rosette and $50 gift card ATTENTION EXHIBITORS These shows will be judged and run by the Show Rules of the Australian Shepherd Club of America. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor the chairman will be responsible or obligated to furnish any services for notifying exhibitors or their agents of class judging. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by action of the show committee. Entry fees will only be refunded if the refund request is received before the pre entry closing date, no entry fee will be refunded if the show cannot be opened or completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, Acts of God, or public emergency. The show giving club, the Show Chairman, their agents, officers, and/or committee shall assume no responsibility for injury to children. Judges may be substituted. All dogs must be leashed or crated at all times, except when competing. No electrical and/or mechanical training devices will be permitted on the show grounds. Please clean up after your dogs. No bitches in season in or near the obedience ring. Class Conflicts: Please notify the appropriate ring official of your conflict. For the safety of your dogs and others all dogs must have current vaccinations against rabies, distemper/parvo, you are asked to bring a copy of the rabies certificate with you. All dogs, six months or older must have a registration number to compete in any venue, please have a copy available at any show.
The EYES have it... Dr. Charles Martin will be on hand at the Greater Atlanta ASC show/trials Saturday 10/02/2010 for CERF exams from 9 am until 3 pm. This is available to ALL breeds. The cost is $25 per dog, but we must have 50 dogs in order to hold the clinic.
