I would like to send a special thank you out to everyone who worked hard to make the Open House a success! A special thank you to the Fundraising Committee, Al Martens, and Brenda & Les Bonifas for their work on Pictures with Santa. Please plan on supporting our next Fundraiser on November 20 and 21, by having dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. Please take the 10% coupon with you and our club will receive 10% of your bill. Thank you to Les Bonifas and his family for their many hours of work to create, make, install and paint our new cabinets in the back of the training area. This was a very big project, so when you see Les, tell him Thank You! Please plan to attend the December 3 rd business meeting. We will have a special raffle this month. Please help and support your club with these activities! We had great foot traffic this year and are anticipating a nice profit. I would like to thank the committee members who started working on this back in April. Those on the committee are David and Kathy Dachlet, Belinda and David Freeman, Anne Lindsley, Nancy Geneva and Chris Olson. This past summer Tammie Scheich and Al Martens joined us to help support the event with the information booth and booyah sales. A big thank you is also extended to those who helped with the photo set up as well as the clean up crew after the Open House. Candee, Wendee and Bree have always been there to help us out. There are others who helped out along the way but too many to name and I don t want to miss anyone. Your help was greatly appreciated. For those of you who had photos taken, we will notify you as soon as they are available. Thank you to all who came out to support this annual Club event.

A Note from the Outreach Coordinator Ronda Bermke bermke@centurytel.net Sweet Street Thank you, thank you, and thank you to those Club members that were able to participate in Sweet Street 2015. Special thanks to Candee Brey and Wendee Draves for fielding questions and organizing on Saturday and Amy Kluth and Carly Cegelski for cleaning up the booth at the end of the weekend. The Packerland Youth Program has been busy during the fall months. We took a break from our regular training classes to celebrate Halloween! The youth and dogs all came in costumes and played musical sits and bobbing for biscuits. Lots of special treats and candy could be found! Thanks to those who made our evening special! We also took a field trip to Parkside Animal Care Center to watch a dog physical exam with Eve. Dr. Dyal was great with us, allowing us to look in Eve s ears and listen to her heart. Being able to view some pretty cool x-rays (we saw broken bones and puppies) and a tour of the clinic topped off our visit. We want to thank the staff at the Parkside Animal Care Center for letting us visit. The Youth Program will have their graduation on November 24th. Thanks again to the great instructors: June Ashford, Jan Bouchonville, Gail Okray, Carly Cegleski, Jane Glomski, Faith Beam and Ronda Bermke. This has been a great group of club members that have worked and had fun together! Watch the website for upcoming information on the second session for the youth program that will begin the end of January.
