Notes from Tom Case The AIHA Leadership Workshop is planned for February 27 th through March 1 st, to be held in Falls Church, VA. One officer (programs are being geared toward Presidents Elect this year) is invited to join officers from other Local Sections, Local Section Regional Representatives, and AIHA Board members and staff for a weekend of education and networking. AIHA will pick up the cost of meals and lodging for the weekend; the Local Section will be responsible for travel costs. This is a very worthwhile event, and I hope that each Local Section will take advantage of this opportunity and send a representative. Information has been sent out to all Presidents Elect, with a link to the registration site for the workshop. If your President Elect has not received this email, or if you will be sending a different officer to the workshop, please contact me and I will help to get you set up. AIHA is sponsoring a What Is IH? video competition. Open to K 12 and college/university students, the competition will have a cash prize, and videos entered into the competition will be screened, Sundance style, at AIHce 2015.
