NON-MEMBER PARTICIPATION FEE The Non-Member Participation Fee applies to dogs wholly owned by a resident of Canada who is not a member of the CKC; it is not applicable to CKC members or dogs co-owned with a CKC member. In order for the title to be awarded, the non-member will have a choice to either become a CKC member or pay the Non-Member Participation Fee. Failure to comply within 30 days of notification will result in the title being withheld and the dog cannot be moved up to the next level. The Non-Member Participation Fee is fee paid in the calendar year (January December) in which the dog achieved its title and/or titles. The Club and Diana Edwards Show Services will not be responsible of cash sent through the mail. 2. Returned cheques do not constitute a valid entry fee. A collection fee of $25.00 will be added by Diana Edwards Show Services in addition to any bank charges for each returned cheque. 3. There is no refund for duplicate entries. Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries, however if the entry has been processed and appears in the official catalogue, no refund will be made. 4. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, disqualified or barred from competition by action of the bench Committee. 5. If because of riot, civil disturbance or acts of God, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entries shall be made. 6. Exhibitors must abide by errors made in entering their dogs, regardless of how or by whom the entries were made. Change or cancellation of any entry after closing time is prohibited. 7. The Club reserves the right to refuse any entry subject to CKC rules. 8. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of Judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners/Agents are responsible to have their dogs present when their classes are called to be judged. 9. Exhibitors are requested to keep their grooming and crating areas clean and tidy. If space is at a premium, exhibitors must remove exercise pens if requested by the Show Superintendent. 10. It shall be the duty and obligation of the show giving club to ensure that a judge is not subject to indignities.
