The Rex Cat Club of NSW Inc. 2010 Open Style Judging Championship Show CONDITIONS OF ENTRY An official NSW C.F.A. entry form must be completed and forwarded. A form accompanies this schedule. As indicated on the form, for each exhibit entered a legible copy of the exhibit s 4 generation pedigree, as issued by a recognised controlling body, must be attached. The summary sheet which accompanies this schedule must be completed and forwarded also. An exhibitor resident in NSW must be a current financial member of NSW C.F.A. Inc. However A new exhibitor resident in NSW may show three times as a non-member provided any exhibit(s) shown is/are registered in the exhibitor s name with NSW C.F.A. Inc. An exhibitor resident in another state/territory/country must be a member of a recognised controlling body in that state/territory/country and the exhibit(s) entered registered in the exhibitor s name with that controlling body. Amendemnets to Title/Sex/Colour: Any change to the title, sex or colour/pattern of an exhibit after an enrty has been lodged must be submitted to the Show Secretary together with a copy of the amended Certificate of Registration Each kitten exhibit must be vaccinated. Exhibitors must produce documentary evidence (valid vaccination certificate) for each kitten and a vaccination shall have been carried out not less that 14 days prior to the date of the show. Veterinary Inspection. Each exhibit must be inspected by and pass the Veterinary Officer s inspection before being allowed to be benched in the show. Exhibitors are to handle their own exhibits at the vetting table. All exhibits must have all claws clipped It is a condition of entry that all cats/kittens remain on exhibition in show cages until 4.00 p.m.. The Show Secretary reserves the right to transfer exhibits which are incorrectly entered. Returned Cheques: Should any cheque forwarded in payment be returned unpaid, a money order, a bank cheque, or cash will be required to be forwarded immediately to ensure acceptance of entry. Any costs incurred by the Club in such a circumstance shall be paid by the exhibitor before the entry is processed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the school. Aggressive Exhibits: A Judge or Steward does not have to handle any exhibit showing signs of aggression. Owners have a duty of care not to bench exhibits with a reported history of fractious behaviour. Show Managers and the Show Committee, in consultation with the Show Representative, have the right to require the removal of the latter exhibits from the Show. Cancellations We ask for your co-operation in notifying the Show Secretary of cancellations before 12.00 noon on the Friday prior to the show (where possible). Awards: Challenge, Best in Section & Best of Breed ribbons will be placed on cages as judging proceeds. Award Cards and Trophies will be placed on cages once all judging is concluded. All such items placed on cages are the responsibility of the exhibitor and will not be replaced should they go missing. NOTE that as the Show is a Specialist Show no CCCA awards will be made.
