From: Heather Baker Heather@AustralianOpalMines.com Subject: Rough Opal SPECIAL OFFER 25 May 2016 Date: May 25, 2016 at 1:32 AM To: Heather BAKER (work) Heather@AustralianOpalMines.com Folks The truth is, opal sells itself. I just wish that our camera was half as good as our eyes and then you would really have to put your dark sunglasses on to look at the better stones in this Offer. Today I'm not going to describe the individual packets I am just going to have Heather put red asterisks next to what my eye likes. Of course we are all different, I am glad or everyone would have wanted to marry my wife, I wouldn't have stood a chance. So rather than tell you about each packet of opal I am going to tell you a story about a parcel of Black opal that was found in Lambina. A company, we talk of companies as groups of different people, not a registered company, just a group that get together and start off friendly, they don't always end up that way. Anyway a company found some spectacular black opal and then the arguments started. I am not going to get into who is right and who is wrong but the matter ended up in the Warden's Court and the Warden decided A was allowed to handle the opal, he was the boss, B, C & D were allowed to be at the table whenever the opal was handled but they weren't allowed to touch the opal. The whole thing was very acrimonious. I believe the parcel was put on the market. I flew to the field to have a look. Only A and one other person attended the presentation of the opal. I made an offer but it wasn't immediately accepted. A wanted to go around the opal fields to see if he could get a better offer. Fortunately for me and eventually you, no-one else was prepared to offer more than Murray Willis so I ended up with the parcel. Within 10 minutes of me paying for the opal party B jumped in their 4 wheel drive, left the opal fields and haven't been seen again, I hope the others get over their initial problems and befriend one another but I can tell you now they will never form a "company" again. There are a few stones from the black parcel in this Offer. I give those stones 5 asterisks. The first is only $21, crystal opal surrounding black, looks like a worm when held to the light. People weren't really sure what the black was but it was very black and brilliant opal. There aren't many stones from the Black Lambina parcel in this Offer I notice. The best opals are $25,000/oz from that day. If you would like to see some more pictures I will make up a dozen and send them to you at your request. The Lambina opal fields have been closed by the local indigenous people and the miners are no longer able to mine at Lambina. Good luck. Remember first in best dressed.
