SPECIAL NOTICE, SCRATCH POLICY. Refunds for bitches that come into season after close of entries: All entry fees, less a processing fee of $4.00 for the first class and $2.00 for each additional class will be refunded for the bitch in season if the Trial Secretary receives WRITTEN notice of withdrawal no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. A letter from your veterinarian may be required. Bitches in season will not be allowed on AKC showground. OTHER NOTICES TO EXHIBITORS. A Service Fee will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, or Tracking test. The recording fee is to be collected by the showgiving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the First entry only. (AKC Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2.) NO DOG WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SHOW GROUNDS EXCEPT THOSE ELIGIBLE TO BE SHOWN.
