IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION PARKING IS A PRIVILEGE EXTENDED BY THE WENATCHEE KENNEL CLUB, INC. The club reserves the right to withdraw this privilege from any person(s) who resorts to abusive language or does not abide by the rules and decisions of the club, parking contractor, show superintendent or Expo Center staff. All parking is at your own risk. The club, parking contractor, show superintendent and Expo Center assume no responsibility for fire, theft and/or damage to any vehicle its occupants or cargo. There is no charge for day parking at this show. No Parking in designated fire lanes or loading/unloading zones. No RV parking in day parking lots. One day parking spot per vehicle. Offenders will be asked to move by the parking contractor. Oversize vehicles will be asked to move to alternative parking areas. Handicapped parking will be designated. Handicapped parking does not mean near the rings, only a readily accessible surface and space. Valid handicap permit required. OVERNIGHT RV PARKING Overnight parking will be available at noon, Thursday, October 21, 2016. Gates will close at 11 pm Friday and Saturday. Everyone is expected to leave their parking area clean. Absolutely no dumping of grey water or sewage on the ground. Any violators will be assessed a $250 cleanup charge and the vehicle impounded until the fees are paid in full. Vehicle owner is responsible for any towing and/or impound fees. OVERNIGHT RV PARKING WITHOUT RESERVATION: $50.00 CASH PER NIGHT EXTRA VEHICLE: $10.00 Parking fees are payable in U.S. Funds only. Fees must be paid in full before parking. One sleeping unit per reserved space. PARKING IN ASSIGNED SPACES ONLY VEHICLES PARKING IN UNAUTHORIZED AREAS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER S EXPENSE AND RISK. INCORRECT VEHICLE LENGTHS OR WIDTHS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THE OVERFLOW LOTS. ATTENTION EXHIBITORS This is a scoop your own show. Please clean up after your dogs. Ring Stewards will hold your dog during clean-up. Scoops and supplies will be available outside each ring. Shade canopies at the outside rings are for dogs currently being shown. Please remove crates and dogs after judging. Personal shade canopies are allowed on the grounds, but must be at least 20 feet away from the Breed, Obedience or Rally rings. RESERVED GROOMING Individuals may set up on the grass areas outside with private tenting. No tenting within 20 feet of any outdoor ring. No exercise pens inside the designated grooming areas. No dogs are allowed to overnight in the grooming area. Grooming area will be available at 1:00PM on Friday, October 28. The area will be closed from 11:00PM until 6:00AM each day. Booster Baths will be available in the grooming area. Cold water only. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP: Jr. Handlers who win a third Novice Class with competition present after the closing of entries for a show may transfer their entry from the Novice Class to the Open Class provided that this transfer is made by the Superintendent at least one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of Junior Showmanship judging at the show. Correction may be made from one age division to another, provided this transfer must be made to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the judging of any Junior Showmanship class at the show. OBEDIENCE OR RALLY: A dog who has earned a title after entries have closed may be moved to another class, provided the transfer request is presented to the Superintendent at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial.
