The prices do not include VAT. These services ordered will be delivered by a contractor hire by HUNGEXPO C.Co.Ltd. as a transferred service and the costs will be invoiced accordingly. The Price is valid until 17 th September 2015. +15% supplementary fee is charged for orders made on or after 18 th September 2015. +20% supplementary fee is charged for orders after 2 nd October 2015. For orders received after the deadline, HUNGEXPO C.Co. Ltd. cannot guarantee the service in time. Please note that the bank transfer fee should be paid by the client. Cancellation policy: Until the 18 th September 2015 it is possible to cancel the ordered and pre-paid services. 50 % of the total amount of the ordered services will be refunded. After the 18 th September 2015 no refund will be provided in case of cancellation. Please return the form to itu2015@hungexpo.hu. Only those services will be fulfilled, which have been paid prior the event. On-site orders are calculated with the On-site price. The prompt delivery of the on-site orders (during building and open days) are not guaranteed. We hereby take financial responsibility for the quality and quantity of the equipment hired. These services ordered will be delivered by a contractor hire by HUNGEXPO C.Co.Ltd. as a transferred service and the costs will be invoiced accordingly.
