D. It s important to eat a balanced diet. That means plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, and grains, but less fat and sugar. A nutritious diet helps you feel your best. Then you ll be able to do your best in school and in sports. So say good-bye to fatty cheeseburgers and salty french fries! Say hello to pasta with tomato sauce. What s for dessert? How about some fresh fruit topped with yogurt? You don t have to change your whole diet overnight. A good way to begin is to try substituting one healthful food for one less healthful food each day.
