Marinkovi} ** Infektivni peritonitis ma~aka (FIP) dijagnostikovan je u na{em sekcionom materijalu kod 23 ma~ke, 19 persijskih i 4 doma}e, oba pola, uzrasta izme u 5 meseci i 8 godina. Ve}inu inficirane populacije ~inile su `ivotinje mla e od 20 meseci. Makroskopski nalaz bio je kod ve}ine ma~aka granulomatoznog karaktera, a kod 7 `ivotinja uo~ena je ve}a koli~ina zlatno-`utog `elatinoznog eksudata u trbu{noj duplji, {to odgovara eksudativnoj formi FIP-a. Granulomi su bili sme{teni u ve}ini slu~ajeva u zidu abdomena, jetri, slezini, omentumu i serozi creva, a histolo{ka gra a odlikovala se fibrinoidno-nekroti~nim centrima, sa mnogobrojnim limfocitima, monocitima, angioblastima i fibroblastima. Imunohistohemijski, antigeni corona-virusa ma~aka (FCV) eksprimirani su u citoplazmi makrofaga, re e u plazma }elijama u granulomima, a ponekad i u nekrotizovanim oblastima. Klju~ne re~i: ma~ka, infektivni peritonitis ma~aka (FIP), patohistologija Uvod / Introduction Infektivni peritonitis ma~aka (FIP), uzrokovan je corona-virusom koji je veoma srodan virusu transmisivnog gastroenteritisa svinja, corona-virusu pasa i corona-virusu kod ljudi Š7¹. U novije vreme, FIP se sve ~e{}e dijagnostikuje u na{em sekcionom materijalu, uglavnom kod persijskih i ne{to re e kod doma}ih ma~aka, oba pola Š2¹. Ve}inu inficirane populacije ~ine ma~ke mla e od 20 meseci. Makroskopski i histopatolo{ki nalaz kod spontanog i eksperimentalnog infektivnog peritonitisa do sada se opisivao u mnogobrojnim izve{tajima u dve forme, eksudativnoj i proliferativnoj. zovane u trbu{noj duplji, mada nije redak nalaz granuloma i na pleuri. U eksudativnoj formi dominira nalaz zlatno-`utog eksudata sa naslagama fibrina na peritoneumu, dok u proliferativnoj formi granulome naj~e{}e nalazimo na serozi creva, u jetri, omentumu i slezini. Histolo{ka gra a granuloma bojenih hematoksilineozinom, uglavnom je prepoznatljiva, mada se imunohistohemijskim metodama precizno potvr uje prisustvo i lokalizacija virusnih antigena (FCV) Š5¹. Materijal i metode rada / Materials and methods Makroskopskim i mikroskopskim analizama obuhva}eni su organi 23 ma~ke, oba pola, uzrasta od 5 meseci do 8 godina. U materijalu obdukovanom na Katedri za patolo{ku morfologiju Fakulteta veterinarske medicine u Beogradu nalazilo se 19 persijskih i 4 doma}e ma~ke. Kod svih `ivotinja, na osnovu patoanatomskog nalaza, a u nekim slu~ajevima i na osnovu prethodnih serolo{kih ispitivanja, postavljena je sumnja na infektivni peritonitis. Uzorci jetre, slezine, bubrega, mezenterijalnih limfnih ~vorova, mezenterijuma i plu}a, fiksirani su u 10% neutralnom formalinu, a posle uobi~ajene automatske procedure napravljeni su parafinski blokovi. Ise~ci debljine 5 mikrometara bojeni su hematoksilin-eozinom (HE). U slu~ajevima u kojima prethodno nije ura eno serolo{ko dokazivanje antitela na korona-virusne antigene (FCV), tkivni ise~ci su ispitani imunohistohemijskom metodom peroksidaza-anti-peroksidaza (PAP). Serolo{ka identifikacija antitela na FCV antigene, ura ena je prethodno na uzorcima krvi, komercijalnim kit testovima. U imunohistohemijskim metodama upotrebljena su anti-korona-virus antitela (FCV3-70), proizvedena na mi{u. U cilju otkrivanja virusnih antigena maskiranih zbog fiksiranja u formalinu, tkiva su prethodno tretirana komercijalnim rastvorom za demaskiranje antigena. Inkubacija ise~aka normalnim serumom pacova slu`ila je kao negativna kontrola. Rezultati ispitivanja / Results U na{em sekcionom materijalu, infektivni peritonitis ma~aka (FIP) dijagnostikovan je kod 23 `ivotinje, u uzrastu izme u 5 meseci i 8 godina.ve}ina pozitivnih ma~aka bile su mla e od 20 meseci. Pozitivna reakcija na FCV dokazana je kod 19 persijskih i 4 doma}e ma~ke, odnosno kod 13 `enki i 10 mu`jaka. Prate}i klini~ki izve{taji bili su razli~iti, mada je u ve}ini slu~ajeva FIP bio suspektan, i na obdukciji ~esto pra}en i drugim nalazima. U ve}ini slu~ajeva je zapa`en na obdukciji fibrinozni i / ili granulomatozni peritonitis (slika 1). Kod 7 ma~aka trbu{na duplja je bila ispunjena zlatno-`utim pihtijastim eksudatom, {to odgovara eksudativnoj formi bolesti (slika 2). 122

Exudative of FIP Kod ostalih, zapa`eni su granulomi veli~ine 1 do 2 mm sme{teni u abdominalnom zidu, omentumu i serozi creva, re e u jetri, bubrezima i slezini. Neke `ivotinje imale su enteritis, nekroti~ni limfadenitis mezenterijalnih limfnih ~vorova i hiperplaziju slezine, a kod dve ma~ke dijagnostikovan je fibrinozno-granulomatozni pleuritis. Patohistolo{ki izgled granuloma u zidu abdomena, jetri, slezini, omentumu, serozi creva i bubrezima nije se su{tinski razlikovao. Granulomi su bili gra eni od fibinoidno-nekroti~nog centra, okru`enog uglavnom limfocitima i monocitima, umno`enim angioblastima i fibroblastima (slika 3). Slika 3. U slezini i mezenterijalnim limfnim ~vorovima dominirao je nalaz folikularne hiperplazije, mada su neki limfni ~vorovi bili nekrotizovani. Imunohistohemijskom metodom PAP, corona-virusni antigeni dokazani su u citoplazmi makrofaga i re e u nekroti~nim oblastima. Granulomi u jetri sadr`avali su pozitivne plazma }elije koje su eksprimirale manju koli~inu FCV antigena. Negativne kontrole nisu pokazivale pozitivnu reakciju. Diskusija / Discussion U ispitanom materijalu FIP je dijagnostikovan kod 23 ma~ke, oba pola, u ve}ini slu~ajeva kod sasvim mladih `ivotinja, a dominantno kod persijskih ma~aka, {to je sli~no nalazima kod drugih autora Š12¹. Proliferativna forma pra}ena nalazom granuloma na serozama razli~itih organa, a prete`no lokalizovanih u abdomenu predstavljala je naj~e{}i nalaz kod FIP pozitivnih ma~aka u na{em sekcionom materijalu. Granulomi su naj~e{}e bili sme{teni na serozi creva, mezenterijumu, u jetri, omentumu i slezini, a u nekoliko slu~ajeva i subpleuralno. Distribucija i histolo{ka struktura granuloma, koja se uglavnom odlikuje fibrinoidno-nekroti~nim centrom, limfocitno-monocitnim infiltratom, angioblastima i fibroblastima, u skladu je sa opisima drugih autora Š5,11¹. Kod `ivotinja sa eksudativnom formom FIP-a, pored velike koli~ine zlatno-`utog eksudata `elatinozne konzistencije, sme{tenog u trbu{noj duplji, u nekim slu~ajevima se opisani sadr`aj nalazi i u perikardu. Iako je makroskopski i histolo{ki nalaz kod ve}ine FIP pozitivnih ma~aka tipi~an, u nekim slu~ajevima kombinovan je sa dominantnim promenama na bubrezima i jetri koje ne mogu da se dovedu u direktnu vezu sa FIP-om Š9¹. Naj~e{}e prate}e nalaze predstavljale su promene na bubrezima u vidu policisti~nih bubrega (PKD), a kod istih `ivotinja nisu bile retke promene u jetri, sa morfolo{kim znacima limfocitnog holangitisa i bilijarne ciroze, koje su do sada opisivane kod pasa i ma~aka Š3¹. Uz ovo, istovremena infekcija korona virusima (FCV) i retrovirusima (FeLV), kod ma~aka, opisana je u velikom broju radova Š1, 6, 10¹. Koinfekcija FIP i FeLV, zapa`ena je kod nekoliko `ivotinja, u ispitanoj populaciji i to kod ma~aka sa izra`enim enteritisima i promenama na mezenterijalnim limfnim ~vorovima. Otuda, imunohistohemijska identifikacija FCV antigena predstavlja specifi~an dokaz infektivnog peritonitisa ma~aka. ^injenica da su ovi antigeni eksprimirani uglavnom u makrofagama, indikator je virusne replikacije u ovim }elijama. Tako e perivaskularni i perigranulomski infiltrati sastavljeni od B limfocita i plazma }elija, kao i pozitivna reakcija u B limfocitima i plazma }elijama u eksudatu, upu}uju na FIPV specifi~ni imunski odgovor koji se razvija i pre nego {to granulomi postanu morfolo{ki prepoznatljivi Š8¹. Marinkovi} Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) has been diagnozed in our section material in 23 cats, 19 Persian and 4 domestic, of both sexes, aged between 5 months and 8 years. The majority of the infected population were animals under 20 months of age. The macroscopic finding in most cats was of granulomatous character, and large quantities of goldenyellow gelatinous exudate were observed in the stomach cavity of 7 animals, corresponding to the exudative form of FIP. Granulomas were in most cases located in the abdomen wall, liver, spleen, omentum and serous membrane of intestines, and the histological structure was characterized by fibrinoid-necrotic centers, with numerous lymphocytes, monocytes, angioblasts and fibroblasts. Immunohistochemically, feline corona virus (FCV) antigens were exprimed in the cytoplasm of macrophages, more rarely in plasma cells in granulomas, and sometimes in necrotized areas. Marinkovi~ Infekcionnìy peritonit ko{ek (IPK) diagnostirovan v ne{em sekcionnom materiale u 23 ko{ek, 19 persidskih i 4 doma{nih, oba pola, starosti sredi 5 mesôcev i 8 let. BolÝ{instvo inficirovannoy populôcii sostavlôót `ivotnìe molo`e 20 mesôcev. Makroskopi~eskie rezulýtatì bìli u bolý{instva ko{ek granulomatoznog haraktera, a u 7 `ivotnìh zame~eno bôlý{ee koli~estvo zoloto-`ëltogo `elatinoznogo Ìkssudata v bró{noy polosti, ~to otve~aet Ìkssudativnoy forme IPK.
