UK biddable media AWARDS 2019 The UK Biddable Media Awards will celebrate and reward the expertise, talent and achievements of the UK Biddable Media industry. The awards will be the premiere event for the biddable media industry and will attract brands, agencies, media and technology providers. The ceremony where the winners will be announced will take place on 7 March 2019 at a luxurious 5 star hotel in London. The UK Biddable Media Awards will feature 27 categories celebrating entries from some of the UK s leading biddable media agencies, publishers, technology providers and professionals.

WHY ENTER? To promote search as a key marketing discipline; To celebrate the success of great campaigns or strategies; To prove or evidence to clients that your company or campaigns are the best in their sector; To reward, celebrate and recognise your team; If your entry is shortlisted you will receive a shortlisted badge for use on your marketing materials; Award wins will help you win new business all winners receive a winner badge for use in marketing materials; The awards evening is a highlight in the biddable calendar and provides exceptional networking opportunities with peers from the industry; The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts; The UK Biddable Media Awards provides an opportunity to showcase the quality and standard of your work; Award wins raise awareness of your organisation or work and create PR opportunities; Being an award winning agency or organisation will help you recruit and retain talent.

WHO CAN ENTER? Entries are open to anyone based within the UK or if based outside UK, have produced work in the UK market. Agencies, brands, search engines, technology providers and all other businesses and brands that contribute to the biddable media industry are all welcome to apply. WHAT IS ELIGIBLE? All entries should relate to work undertaken between January 2018 January 2019. ENTRY FEES Each entry will be charged an administration fee of 100 + VAT per entry which must be paid when submitting your entries. Entries submitted after the first closing date of 11 January 2019 will be charged a late submission fee. The cost per entry after 11 January and until 18 January will be 150 + VAT.

HOW TO ENTER [17] Download the entry form and complete. Check your entry meets the rules criteria. Complete the entry form and upload this to our online portal: www.biddablemediaawards.co.uk/entry-form Fill out the form. Attached your company logo (JPG or PDF) under 2mb. This will be used for the on the night presentation. Attached any supporting documents (under 2mb). Click Submit Entry. Add/edit any additional entries and complete the process by clicking complete. From this point you will be redirected to the payment portal. Complete the payment process. Once complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you and a receipt will be available to download. When payment has been made, entries will then be submitted to the judging panel. If payment has not been made before the judging date, your entry will be removed and no refund will be issued.

writing your entry Please use the entry form available which you can download here: www.biddablemediaawards.co.uk/how-to-enter Your full report should be no more than 1000 words. An additional 200 words should be used for as a summary for your campaign and or company. Please include the follow information in your entry: Brief description of project/campaign/strategy. Budget - Provide details of the campaign/strategy s budget. Objectives - Include your client brief and objectives, including any targets set. Your Target Audience / Strategy - Describe the strategy for achieving the above objectives. Results/Evaluation - Provide quantitative results including evidence of effectiveness prior & post campaign/strategy. A reason why you think your entry should win Please use exact figures rather than %. You may include graphs and images in your report as long is doesn t exceed the file upload limit. GENERAL RULES All submissions must be made online via the online submission portal here: www.biddablemediaawards.co.uk/entry-form Work entered into more than one category must be treated as a completely separate entry. Multiple entries can be uploaded to the online portal in one session. All entries must answer all questions on the entry form dependent on category selection. Entries must be received by no later than the entry deadline. The judges reserve the right to move entries that in their view are entered in an incorrect category. By submitting an entry, you agree to the terms and conditions and declare that all facts and figures contained within the entry are accurate and true, and that permission to enter has been given by all involved parties. The judges decision is final. All entries submitted must be legal. Any entries found to contain offensive material will be removed. All entries should relate to work undertaken between January 2018 January 2019.
