Neither the club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All trophies must be claimed the day of the show None will be mailed. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a collection fee of $25.00 to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH only basis. Entry Fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Show Secretary. The show giving club, the show secretary, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. The safety and welfare of exhibitor s children and exhibitor s dogs are assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitors. It is expressly understood exhibitors will exercise self-control and restraint over their children and their dogs while on the Show Grounds. All persons attending this show hereby waive any claim for damages against the show giving club or its members, in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entries will not be accepted without fees or signatures. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or by facsimile prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable. An administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations or changes made prior to closing of entries. DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW. From Dallas: US 75/Central Expressway North or South- Exit Parker Road, proceed East on Parker Road to Hogge Road / 2551, turn right. Southfork Ranch is on the left. Enter property through Gate 4 or Gate 5. HOSPITALITY Exhibitor Hospitality will be provided Saturday- Details will be available at the show site. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed at the show site. ATTENTION EXHIBITORS The Show Site will be available to exhibitors at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2012. Dogs must be removed from the Show Site immediately following the completion of judging. This Show will be held outdoors under minimal cover. Grooming Space is outdoors. All grooming areas are available on a first come basis. A Grooming Tent and ringside chairs will be provided but exhibitors may wish to bring their own pop-up tents (and chairs) for shade. GROOMING and CRATING Dogs in hotel rooms must be crated. Any hotel damage reported to the show committee, when substantiated, will be dealt with by a bench show committee. Exhibitors and Handlers will be held responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates. EXERCISE PENS No exercise pens are permitted in the host hotel. The Bench Show Committee has the right to designate what constitutes an exercise pen. Designated public areas will be provided and must be used at the hotel. Misuse of the grounds will result in action by the show committee.
