The footing is a rubber shavings/sand mix, Benching can be tight please be respectful and utilize space efficiently. Top Dog Awards for the Weekend Special awards will be presented to the top small, medium and large dog. To qualify for this award dogs must compete in all rounds of TNG, Tunnelers and Weavers Classes during the weekend. Note: Dogs that have previously competed at a higher level than the one entered at this trial will not be eligible. This award will be calculated on the dog with the most Qualifiers and the least total faults and the winning dogs will have qualified in at least one of their runs to be eligible. We are also offering one Top Dog Award for Intro Division. To qualify for this award dogs must compete in all rounds of TNG, Tunnelers and Weavers classes during the weekend. Note: Dogs that previously competed at a higher level than the one entered at this trial will not be eligible with the exception for dogs that previously competed at the Novice level but did not earn a title are eligible for this award. DAILY FEES AND PACKAGE RATES: Per OWNER Fees: Take the total number of runs the owner is entering at this trial and calculate your entry fee using the following chart: 1-11 runs = $10.00 per run 12-17 runs = $9.00 per run 18+ runs = $8.00 per run Junior Handlers = $5.00 per run DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES: We will accept day of show entries provided the trial has not filled. The day of show entry fee is $11.00 a run with no package deals. PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive the PACKAGE PRICE, you must submit payment in person or by mail prior to the closing date of the trial, which is March 14 th. The container must not be visible to the dog or anyone else and may not be opened within 10 feet of the ring boundary. All food and toys must be contained at the trial and none can be left lying about loose.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS All dogs (including Novice) must have a NADAC dog registration number when entering a trial. Entries will not be accepted for dogs using "pending" in lieu of a number. All dogs must be on leash when not competing in the ring. Safety shall always be the foremost consideration in actions and conduct by handlers at all times. The organizing committee may refuse any entry on the basis expressly provided through NADAC rules and regulations or guidelines established by NADAC. Anyone not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into the trial. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. Tendering of an NSF cheque in payment of entry fees shall be considered non-payment of entry. There will be a $25.00 administration fee on all cheques returned to the club. The management will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor whether the result was by accident or any other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care, custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may at the discretion of the Show Committee be asked to leave the show site. In such case no refund of fees will be made. There will be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date or in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. The Show Committee may allow a refund for certain circumstances in which case an administration fee of $30.00 per dog will be charged. Exhibitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of NADAC rules and regulations, and agree to abide by all rules in effect at the time of this trial. General Agreement I/we agree that the host of this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the organizing committee shall deem to be sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of the event and of the opportunity to have the dog participate or be judged, I/we agree to hold the host, the organizing committee, the organization (if any) which it represents including it's members, officers and directors, the North American Dog Agility Council and it's officers and directors, sponsors of the event, owners of premises upon which the event is held and their employees, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I/we personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I/we further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, appearance, theft, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes. Proficient/Skilled Categories: Each class will be split into two categories, Proficient and Skilled. You must choose one or the other for the entire weekend. In the Skilled Category, dogs must jump 4 lower than indicated by the current jump height table (No dog may jump less than 4 ). Dogs entered in the Skilled and Proficient Category may incur 5 or fewer faults (course/time) and earn a 5 pt qualifying round in the Skilled and Proficient Regular Class. Dogs in the Skilled Category do not need to be measured at check-in. Note for Dogs Over the Age of 9 yrs and 12 yrs As of January 2014: Dogs must enter the Veterans Division in all jumping classes after their 9 th birthday. After their 12 th birthday, dogs must enter the Skilled Category, Veterans Division for jumping classes and Skilled Category for non-jumping classes. Non Jumping Classes Veteran or Disabled Handler Handlers aged 60 yrs. or older, or who have a disability that restricts mobility, may enter the non-jumping classes as a Veteran Handler and receive 10% more standard course time. Veteran/Disabled Handler division is to give additional time allowance because of their age or mobility limitations. When entering as a Veteran/Disabled Handler, you must enter all dogs in all classes for the entire trial in this Division. IMPORTANT. Please check your dog s NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately. NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results submitted by the club are uploaded to the www.nadacforum.com within two weeks after the NADAC office receives them from the club. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the Forum by goint to www.nadacforum.com and submitting your request. If you find an error in the reporting of your dog s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host club. The host club is responsible for correcting any errors and informing NADAC. Levels. Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will no longer be banked by NADAC for future use. If a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records.
