Member Notes and Quotes By: Candy Janke Gch Ashlors Smooth Sailing UD RE AX AXJ owned and shown by Hannah Janke. had quite a nice national. Pap national was in Wilmington OH, at Eukanuba Hall. Which is a very nice location. Besides doing agility and obedience they showed in Veterans sweeps and won. It s hard to believe he's a veteran already, time has flown by. He lit up the ring and beat a very elite class. There were 3 number one dogs in the day, and the same age as Sailor. Sailor s breed days will be coming to an end once his grandson is ready to fill his shoes. That being said Sleepy Creeks Smooth Cruzin owned, bred and shown by Hannah took 2nd in 12-18mo sweep and final 6 in bred by a very big well seasoned group of dogs. Cruz has only been shown a handful of times and really stole the show. He had so many people ring side cheering for him. But being a 12mo old pup in bred-by is a challenge. He has no coat yet compared to the older dogs and just ring awareness. We were thrilled with his placement. By Sandy Hartfiel Southcross Spring Legacy Willow has started the summer off with a bang. She was one of the 13 successful CGC passes at the Oshkosh Kennel Club CGC test in June. Then we made our maiden debut into the Rally ring the end of June with 2 Qualifying scores at the West Bend Obedience/Rally trlal. She completed her title at the OKC July Obedience/Rally trial and again Qualified both days. She is so fun to work with and I thank all who have given us encouragement and support. I am thrilled to have qualified under 2 of our own AKC judges: Cindy Pischke and Lynn Tamms.
