2 Program Highlights Rescue Rescue partners helped place 202 animals in March Foster KCAS Foster program continues to grow, and in the month of March 102 animals entered foster care TNR In 2013 KCAS implemented a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. Through March, 2018, 7,145 cats have been altered through the TNR Program.
