Online Data Entry Stephen West is leading the development of the online service within Signet headquarters Instructions Video clips Phone support
Online Data Entry Breeders using the service must have a Flockbook Number based on UK tag i.e. 16AB00001 for UK 0 223386 00001 Even ET recipient ewes Site Not currently designed for crossbreds/crossbreeding Not currently designed for overseas flock
Online Data Entry Signet is the gatekeeper for Moving animals between flocks Setting up new ewes and rams Weights at the moment Breeders can Put on lambing in order/specific ewe Put on ET lambing Complete a census with fate codes Do inbreeding runs
Online Data Entry Service already exists for Texel/Suffolk/Hampshire Down breeders Next step to enable Signet breeders to enter data on-line Service planned to go live mid-december Charollais have agreed to pilot In 2016 Steve will provide a 25 ram voucher per Charollais breeder if they submit their lambing via the online site and provide feedback Plan to extend offer to other breeds recording through Signet, if this goes well
