This Recording Fee is to be collected by the show giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only." (Chapter 11, Section 2, AKC Dog Show Rules). CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS OR WITH INTER- NATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS. Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. Post Dated Checks & Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and /or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes and/or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Show Secretary. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entries will not be accepted without fees or signatures. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing, fax or by telegram prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable. No dog wrongly entered in a class may be transferred to another class (except in case of wrong sex or from one division of puppy class to another puppy class or from puppy class to 12-18 month class ), nor can a dog be withdraw after entries have closed. The owner or agent assumes all responsibilities for wrong or incomplete information of the entry blank. Entries must be made on an Official AKC entry form or photocopy of the Official AKC entry form with the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side or they can not be accepted. There will be no refunds for duplicate entries.

Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. SHOW SITE INFORMATION: The Show Site will be available to exhibitors at 8:00 A.M., Monday, September 6, 2004. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediately following final judging. Dogs may not be left in the park overnight. The show grounds at this show constitute the park and all parking areas. All regulations governing the use of this facility, and all regulations and decisions of the Show Committee of this show giving club on this day will be strictly enforced, including and not recorded in this Premium List. There will be no space for un-entered dogs at this show. Puppies under six (6) months of age are not allowed on the show grounds. Exhibitors will be responsible for all charges they incur with the Veterinarian. Grooming area is set up under the supervision of the Grounds Committee, who may require rearrangement of exhibitor's set-ups where space is not properly utilized. Exhibitors and handlers will be held responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates. Dogs may be exercised ONLY in designated areas outside the building. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their own dogs AT ALL TIMES. Dumping of dog food or grooming residue into the restroom sinks and toilets is strictly prohibited! NO dogs will be allowed in the restrooms. Parents are solely responsible for their children, and are expected to keep them supervised and controlled at all times for their own safety A Red Cross approved emergency first aid kit will be available at this event. Longmont, CO. ( 303 ) 651-5000. PARKING REGULATIONS: All parking is along the street. There are no RV reservations. All Parking is First come, First serve. No generators are allowed. All parking is subject to control of the show giving club. Club officials may require that vehicles or equipment be rearranged to accommodate additional vehicles. Area around vehicles MUST be kept clean at all times. Do not leave dogs in closed vehicles. Dogs must not be tied to bushes, shrubs, trees or other permanent fixtures. NO DUMPING of holding tanks, grey water or sewerage on the show grounds. There are no dump stations at the site. All parking will be on a First Come, First Serve basis. Extra spaces may not be saved by roping off, using empty crates, exercise pens, chairs or any equipment. All vehicles will be parked at owner's risk. The City of Longmont and the show giving Club will not be responsible for loss by fire, burglary, thief, or any other cause whatsoever to the vehicle or its contents. Violators of these parking regulations will be prosecuted and vehicles towed away, at the owner's expense, without notice. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION: NO double handling will be permitted at this show. Individuals who attempt to double handle from outside the ring will be subject to action by the Bench Show Committee. Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the Club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. The show giving Club, the Show Secretary, their agents, employees, etc. assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in a exercise pen. TROPHY INFORMATION: The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ALL TROPHIES MUST BE CLAIMED THE DAY OF THE SHOW. NONE WILL BE MAILED!! Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of external and internal parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. Entrants cannot be a Champion of Record as of the date of closing. All entries must be entered in a Regular Class in this Show. Entry fee is $14.00 for each Borzoi puppy entered in the Sweepstakes and is in addition to the entry fee for the Regular Classes. Owners of the Stud Dog need not necessarily be owners of the Get. The Get must be entered in the show in a Regular Class. The Stud Dog must be entered in the Stud Dog Class and shown in the ring with his Get. While the merits of the Stud Dog are not to be considered in the placement of the entry, the Stud Dog must be examined to determine if it has a condition that would require its disqualifications or excusal under the Dog Show Rules. AKC policy, or the standard for its breed. BROOD BITCH CLASS - Same as for the Stud Dog except substitute Brood Bitch for Stud Dog and Produce for Get.
