ATTENTION EXHIBITORS The safety of the dog is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport and of AKC and that their dogs are familiar with and are able to perform all obstacles safely. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. Proof of current vaccinations, including rabies, must be available at the trial if requested. All dogs must be held on leash or crated at all times except when in the ring or in the designated agility warm up area. Dogs must be exercised in marked areas only. Anyone not cleaning up after their dogs or exercising their dogs in prohibited areas will be asked to leave. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. Dogs are not required to be at the trial until the scheduled time of judging. Exhibitors are responsible for being at ringside when it is their turn to run. Judges need not wait for dogs who are holding up the class. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the trial site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The Trial Giving Club assumes NO responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Owners/handlers enter at their own risk and agree to assume responsibility for any damage caused by them, their dogs, or their children. The club reserves the right to remove any animal in distress from a parked vehicle or crate, and all persons attending this agility trial hereby waive any claim for damages against the club for such removal. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from the competition by action of the Trial Committee. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. WAIT LIST: The club is offering a wait list to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after the trial s closing date/time. A maximum of 50 entries will be placed on the club s wait list. All entries, including wait listed entries, must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to closing at 6:00 p.m., March 7, 2019. Any entries withdrawn that are received by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, 2019 will be replaced by a wait list entry if any are available. If a withdrawn entry is replaced by a wait listed entry, a full refund will be issued for the withdrawn entry. Any wait listed entry that does not move off the wait list into the trial by 6:00 p.m. on March 17, 2019 will not be charged. If you wish to be placed on the wait list, please mark the top of the entry form.
